Hi VCB2,just a few additional observations.EQT only drew down £1.5m of the CLN. They returned £157K solely to enable Bercheva to close their short so the £1.5M is fully outstanding and presumably pending the finance which is being negotiated. Less than a month ago Jimzi,( for whom I have great respect) reckoned that Bercheva would need to launch a takeover to satisfy their entitlement in shares and warrants. Think about that!! To those who keep speculating about Ebioss's need for the SP to exceed 5p or whatever in order"to breakeven" it is worth pointing that that what Ebioss want is a profitable company so that the SP will take care of itself in due course. In fact the lower the SP just now the more cheaply Ebioss can maintain their controlling share of EQT. Lastly I am invested here. I think the company has a very bright future provided that someone sorts the Bercheva conundrum. Then we will probably see some BOD changes. But for now it is difficult , to say the least.

VCB2, you invited corrections this time to your( invariably accurate) post. BT has suggested that it may invest 20M Euros to acquire UP TO 49% of Eiboss. The percentage would depend upon the Eiboss sp at the time of the acquisition. The 2M Euros loan to Eiboss was made over two months ago and was not in any way connected to EQT. That is not to say that some of the money ( if it hasn't been spent already) might not filter down to EQT. But,in my opinion, 2M Euros wouldn't come close to a settlement of the Bercheva CLN dispute. We should ask Jimzi for his take on the latter aspect. Jimzi? Go well, VCB2.

mcadder, what do you think the sp might be if the project was completed and let or otherwise commercialised? I certainly wouldn't have believed that I might have been asking that question even a month ago. Things seem to be changing quite radically here. I agree with you that those still outside and who are interested would do well to buy very soon. Red letter day for you today? In relation to the sp I mean?

The stamp duty on your transaction is correct Tommyscope. EQT is a foreign company with a share register in the UK and so subject to stamp duty. Remember the reverse takeover last year which was intended to provide EQtec with a London Stock Market quotation?

but there are so many placing shares out there that it failed to have any good effect on the SP. Brews pointed out the problem that the last two dilutions with more than 500m shares created. Now we may appear to have exhausted the good news for the time being so many placees are taking a profit. It really is up to the BOD to kickstart investor confidence with some decent publicity. What was it we were told about the galvanic effect of SIC.?

This is the most positive RNS we've had for a long time. I'm amazed that it hasn't elicited a more positive response in terms of the SP. It may also explain why the directors haven't been buying recently. But what it says very clearly is : INFA is going to build a gas storage facility at Islandmagee. No ifs or buts this time!

mcadder thank you for that excellent and encouraging post. My Feed figure was including the EU grant money. As for the share options I hadn't remembered the phasing and the indication of Adrians salary is certainly news to me. But welcome news. I'm afraid I'm tainted by the sheer number of half truths and some outright lies set out by Adrian in his,( now removed), postings on this BB in the pre Requisition days. I also have concerns about why a major gas entity didn't put money into, or purchase, this company outright if it were such a likely winner. I am also hugely disappointed at the lack of communication and transparency . The CE report was never published although it was available and very important.One might easily be persuaded that the SP was being allowed to fall. I cannot understand why, if it were necessary to raise the Feed finance by a placing, that the action could not have been taken much sooner thus decreasing the dilution and progressing the construction at a faster rate. Those are some of my concerns. Thank you for your balanced post which has provided me with some additional information.
