You haven't explained why you think the Board is closed, only what constitutes insider information. That does not mean it was applicable to INFA last week.
The situation is simple. If Adrian knew that he was "inside" he should not have said he was going to buy shares or he should have added "when appropriate" or some such phrase.You may have clarified something for your pal mcadder but not for me.

Birdseye, I've rather given up trying to read significance into the Eiboss SP. It is very variable and there is also the fact that there are not many trades in any given day.

why we're not in a closed period. mcadder, I have a clear plan for my holding in INFA and your 1.5p projection suits it to a tee. That's why I mention it so often. I just hope you're right.
And spud, no poster winds me up. I take every posters view as legitimate as far as that person is concerned. It's better that way.

We are not in a closed period for directors buys.Of course it was the beginning of August .But I can wait three weeks or so for the 1.5p . No problem.

And as I pointed out the "Adrian Effect" was pretty short lived which indicates a lack of conviction by those who watched the interviews and who might have been thinking of buying.
And I'm very easily pleased. I would just like to see the promise made by the requisitioners honoured so that I can get my money back.
Also you guys ,(the spud and mcadder duo), need to realise that other posters here are entitled to their opinions. We don't have to fall in line with everything you say

spud, how can you say it's wrong if you don't know any different? In any case you missed the point: if Adrian is closed he should have added that caveat . He didn't. He said he was going to buy shares. Period.
Directors are almost always privy to sensitive information but they manage to bu their own ccmpany shares. John Wood did. If Adrian couldn't buy he could have added that caveat. It's just a matter of good faith.I have nothing more to add. Folk can make up their own minds.

Because we're not within a month of quarterlies. If you know differently tell me, spud. Anyway if he were "closed " I would have expected Adrian to put that caveat in his promise to buy shares. Or maybe I wouldn't!

The immediate BTC action will be to put personnel into Eiboss and no doubt they will already have insisted on BOD changes at EQT and be looking to see rapid progress on contracts.

What a dreadful error on my part. The shame of it!. But I think I can wait a few extra days for the 1.5p.I'll be very well rewarded then!

not to pester madder. And I notice we're moving the 1.5p into August now. We'll see!! My guess would be November, if it comes. naturally I hope I'm wrong.

We're making progress but slowly. If the fund raising for FEED had been arranged in a non dilutive manner, ( and that could have been accomplished very easily,) the sp of INFA would now be well north of 1p.While we have placees taking their 100% "off the table", (and who can blame them), the progress will remain slow. A large director buy,(like 20m shares), would probably help !
Meanwhile I don't think we are going to get remotely close to the much trumpeted 1.5p by the end of this month.

The BTC deal is already finalised with Ebioss and there is no reason why any reference should be made of EQT in the announcement. What most happen now is that Ebioss must increase their equity in EQT to 50%. Read my last post.
A few guys on here who might be better off in bed!! Oh, by the way, there will be no great correlation between a rise in EBioss's sp and the EQT sp.
The fact is that the EQT concept is timely and brilliant. That's why it will be a success. I've made a lot of money on EQT and I'm pretty sure I'll make a lot more. Sleep well

Well posted. I'd like to add or reiterate a little.
1. One can see the BTC imprint here. Eiboss are going to take more equity in EQT to preserve their 50% status.
2.There are going to be BOD changes at EQT. Presumably Origen will demand at least one place and BTC will nominate someone.
3. EQT must now,(under the rules of the advance), formulate and gain approval for a growth optimisation plan before the end of July.
4. There is a facility for redemption of any unexpired part of a tranche of the loan at very little extra penalty.
5.Origen looks sound as an investor.It has a dedicated Renewable Energy sector and one hopes that they saw EQT as a very suitable investment. Also the amount of the facility doesn't seem too big for Origen.

Lots of positive news to come quite quickly and I feel ver confident about my investment.

Not too bad. Adrian was a bit jerky, I thought. But it was good to hear him state his intention to buy some shares at last. I'm surprised he let his holding drop tp 1%. Apropos the future sp, well I think we can say goodbye to the 1.5p mooted for the end of this month. But if Adrian's half suggested 1p appeared in that time scale I expect we'd mostly, be fairly happy!
