jeffry, the shares sold this morning have already been sold and in any cse MMs don't keep many millions of AIM shares overnight never mind over the weekend. Also charting and AIM is a very precarious mix for decision making , I think.

Not mine. I'm here to make some serious money. and despite the recent poor performance of the SP, I think I will succeed. The low price for the sell suggests that it may have been a "forced" sell. Such things do happen!

Avyererdowt, your post could possibly contain a reason for conflict between the two directors. The then chairman may have felt that a sale of Islandmagee would be a good outcome while the CEO would like to keep more of the entity in current hands.

And jfk9, thank you for the post meetings comment. I'm beginning to talk myself into the idea of a (partial),sell off. Or just indulging in speculation, perhaps. Interesting times for INFA holders, I think!

There are usually two possible reasons for the sudden stepping down of a company chairman. One is dissatisfaction with his performance by other board members. The other is because he is not in agreement with the intended direction the company proposes to take. Take your pick.
Like Avyererdowt I think it is concerning, but I also think,(like ians1), that it might be a prelude to a sale which might have left GL without a job at INFA. The Allenby reports suggests a value of 5p plus per share. So its all interesting. This month will tell the tale!

A really encouraging update, but unfortunately the suggestion of a further three weeks delay is anathema to AIM investors. So the downward drift continues. Aimers believe in jam today, and who's to say they're wrong when one views the conduct of most of the companies on AIM.
It must be a sickener for those who bought into the last placing, and for all those who followed them to buy in at the bargain price of Around 1.20p. Who ever thought we would see INFA under 1p again! But surely it's a good buying opportunity.

There won't be any retrace until there is a RNS with solid good news, something we haven't seen here for almost three months.The MMs are not accumulating shares. They have no need to do so. There are about 90M warrants still outstanding at .48p and they are being traded to taste.Any holder can double his/her money on a whim, so why wouldn't they do so.
Solid good news is what is needed. The rest is just nervous speculation.

That was an answer to the previous post by the way. We haven't had a really positive RNS for the better part of two months and thus the SP is languishing. Even the posters are disappearing.

You're right,of course spud. " The price action is what it is". And quite a few savvy investors have lined their pockets several times over here . No criticism intended there. That's what they're here to do. I hope to join them in the next round. Assuming, of course, there is one!!

More strange activity with the INFA sp. Apparently more buys than sells.(even allowing for the AIM classification system ), and the sp is 8% down on a busy day and after a very positive presentation by JW last week. We are not seeing the placing shares being pre sold because the buy price has been below the Placing price almost all day. So perhaps there is a big sell being worked in the background. Or perhaps not! This share frequently has an extraordinary price action. I don't think that is accidental. Or just market driven!!

I wouldn't bother eating your hat Dawski. You've already suffered enough on the trade you made to "take advantage" of the placing shares price drop. What I would like to know is what kind of manipulation has been going on with INFA since 15 January and which resulted in an almost 50% drop in the SP. That is not healthy for a company which has been loud about the soon arrival of offtakers and funders.Soneone or some persons are still playing with INFA as they were doing in 2018

Just one point. You obviously don't know what cognitively dissonant means. I do and I certainly am not that. Always best to post within your limits.
