If the allegations contained in Mitch's post are true the company should confirm their truth and the effects they might have. If they are not true the company should confirm that that is the case and take appropriate action.

A bit like old times now.A falling sp and no positive communications from the BOD. Since the 1.2p placing on 24Jan the sp has fallen 35% and there are signs that one or two long time holders have taken their money elsewhere. All that against a background of very positive communication in the last month of 2018 when we were led to believe that project equity funding was almost resolved and offtake partners were straining at the leash.
Since then we've been told that Christmas slowed down the due diligence activity and,apart from a few tweets,(which in my view count for next to nothing), we have had no good news and a chairman resignation to add to the dismissal of one of our brokers.
The confidence of investors has been reduced. Even the small number if posters on LSE indicates that that is so. We need more news of a positive kind to counteract the air of pessimism. So lets have some BOD!

I won't comment on whether the delays are reasonable or not, but I do have a good deal of confidence in JW. Anyone who thinks that the company's brokers don't have access to inside information is likely to be wrong.
It is noteworthy that SI Capitlal was excluded from the last placing. SI Capital came to INFA in the AP era and was responsible for the .24p placing,(with warrants), which I have always felt caused all sorts of problems relating to the INFA sp movement.The prospectus issued with that placing certainly made some fulsome promises and its content was also certainly made available to people who did not take part in the placing.

Which brings me to a subsidiary point. I would dearly love to know the details of the prospectus for last placing. Or at least some details relating to that placing. I doubt that it was monetised with any suggestion that the SP might fall over 30% in a very short time. There has been manipulation of the INFA sp and it continues. There had to be a spur to see a chairman leave without even giving one days notice. And now the Joint Broker gets the heave. Exciting isn't it?!!

There has been, in my opinion, manipulation with the INFA sp but the £35k of trades from 3pm today don't represent that activity. Some of the trades will have been related to the tax year end for ISAs and there may be a couple of rollovers but in the wider scheme of things this afternoon activity is relatively unimportant. But how good it would be to have some positive news!

A broker doesn't need any particular qualifications. Just needs to be good at his job.
And what were those rumours. Spud? You'll know!

I should have added that a very large late reported buy will not surprise me .The games are on again!!

About 12M shares traded this morning, more or less equally between bus and sell,and the MM's have managed to drop the spread about 10%. Sharp again!

The BOD have not taken any salaries since 1 January 2019, and reduced salaries during 2018. And the chairman has invested his own funds to keep things afloat. They are also in financial discussions at funding and project level which may suggest a farmin or investment. It's not great news but it could certainly be worse. And I notice that there are a few buyers appearing for the shares.

trades made at 16.18 yesterday and at 7.53 today were seperate buys. So someone clearly knew enough and has backed it with an 18.5M purchase @.9p average. ! Hence where the price was allowed to settle today.

INFA has been a trading share for a long time now,(effectively since the .24p placing days with their warrants attached). But the trading has been anything but haphazard. It looks to be well organised and has attributes of an activity which has been managed. What we have seen in relation to the share dealing does not appear to be shotgun blast but activity by a number of traders who have seen the delays which were signalled in various aspects of INFA's activity and who took advantage of that situation to initiate and orchestrate the SP fall. Equally those same traders are now active in buying back as the commercial pace in relation to INFA seems to be about to heat up. This mornings ,(late reported- why?) 9M+ buy is symptomatic of such activity. Who has been doing the orchestration ?

First the correction. andy1978 and the ever pessimistic whatamess, the tenders which closed yesterday related to the EPC Tenders not to the Equity deals. Very different.

And the commendation goes to Turtlewax for his 23.02 post yesterday. I agree with a great deal of the points you highlighted. Like you I believe that some investors here were given the tipoff when certain events which could adversely affect the SP were upcoming. Like you I don't understand why we have heard little or nothing about the warrants which are certainly being traded,and,yes I would like to have been better informed about the placing. I am not concerned about the Marine Licence and I commend you to read the section of the 7March RNS which puts the matter in its proper context. I agree with you that there has been a degree of jiggery pokery which has affected the SP over the past couple of months or so, but i do not think the BOD were actuaries in the matter. I have my opinion but I am not going to state it here.
Finally, I think INFA has a very sound project. One believes that it is so or one sells up !!

that there would be a deluge of interested and convinced investors coming on board here because of the plethora of very important news relating to Equity Partners, EPC providers and even on the debt front . Al those events should coalesce in the next weekor so.
Instead we are seeing the usual 1M and 500K sellers continuing to be active and the MMS ensuring that the SP remains depressed. All a bit hard to understand. What can the 1.2p placees be thinking!
And, Avyererdowt, the MMS don't hold masses of shares in any AIM listed company. A couple of million would be their limit here , especially on a Friday.
The next ten days should tell the story.

Just a bit. We got some very positive news ref. the Costain contract and then we had the £50K trade which was clearly a sell and it knocked the stuffing out of our small advance. Notwithstanding, there are clearly lots of warrant sellers still active.
The local opinion about the project is not the cause of the stagnant SP. This is a "clean" project and provided it is properly and environtmentally respectfully managed INFA should progress satisfactoriy. The problem just now is that the inrush of a large number of buyers still awaits some big positive news. Or a sale of the project which would catch the shillyshalliers completely unprepared. And it could happen! To quote Dawski,: Patience,it's coming!

Quite a bit of it about. Here's mine. GL left because of a fundamental strategic disagreement with GL, related to whether to sell or not to sell INFA. My guess is that GL would not have been averse to a sale. He has always had a heap of directorships and he can easily pick up another. He also knows that the equity provider will nominate the Chairman of the newly constituted INFA. On the other hand JW sees a very long term role and future for himself in the company.The suggestion that it might take up to six months to replace the Chairman of a low MCap company like INFA is bunkum.

Olderandwiser I like the tenor of your posts. Like you I have been disappointed by the backsliding of the SP since the beginning if the year on the back of partner delay, placing etc., but I remind myself that this is AIM where a long term holder is someone who has held a share for about three weeks. Who can blame the warrant holders who were able to multibag and then return for another run as the SP fell.We need some incontrovertible good news.Posts on social media won't fill the bill.

I'm a fairly long term holder in INFA, and I'm a firm believer in the project, as well as being a strong supporter of our CEO. He can do it!

We've had one positive RNS in three months and that was followed the next day by the exit of the chairman.The SP has fallen by more than 50% in less than two months. Traders at work. INFA is clearly a very leaky ship. And I do not believe the leaks are coming from the BOD. I think you can easily guess from where they are coming. Remember the .24p days. Same source is my guess!
A bit of common sense to bring us up to date. If the chairman leaves the board the day after a very positive project update without giving even one days notice there is an indication of a very fundamental disagreement in the boardroom.So we have to believe that the CEO knows what he is about and that his view will be best for the welfare of INFA. We will know fairly soon. The decision to leave the company without a chairman for up to six months speaks volumes.
I think INFA is gilt edged. BY FID time,(and that's not far away), we will know the good news. The traders are just waiting to be given the nod that the prime events are at hand and we will see the inrush. That's what I think !
