Possibly warrants related but remember that investors ,(especially major investors), frequently need to, or decide to, alter their holdings for personal reasons. Why not?
And it may be possible that Mr. Webley will give us a clue as to his current state of confidence in GWMO on Twitter. Certainly intriguing!

Alyhels. Being invested in an AIM share for 4-5 years is,(in my opinion), foolish per se, unless it is one of the rare breed like GGP who attract a JV. And one bets on the ability of GWMO to discover so much gold that a major steps in. GWMO will not ever be a solo important gold producer of itself.
So my investment is set against the hope of a (fairly soon) declaration of important resources.
If not I'll be away. As to the Bod. I can't comment because I haven't been invested for long enough.

You've asked Alyhels an impossible question.How does he know for fact that there in any gold or silver or whether the BOD are efficient, or honest ,or neither. It's all just guesswork.
I'm well invested in GWMO but I was not impressed by the recent BH interview. He didn't add anything to our knowledge about the state of the company, and so we're waiting for the promised gold production this quarter. That is what will tell the tale.
AIM is for short term investment with a strong possibility that you will lose what you put in. So one needs to be very diligent and select what you want as a profit and at what price you'll cut your losses and get out. This one,for me , is at a critical stage!

Ten consecutive days of falling prices ,( 38%) since the last operations update isn't too encouraging. But I suppose the BOD aren't interested in the SP, except as a vehicle for warrant execution. And at the current price even that function will soon fade. You've got a plan and a concept,BOD, lets have some heartening news. This is AIM! At the moment it's all good news for the BOD who control the warrant influx and all bad news for investors who are seeing the value of their holdings diminish. I reepeat : this is AIM. Smart Bods pay close attention to their shareholders interest.

At current rate of progress clearance won't happen very quickly. GOOD NEWS IS NEEDED, and very soon if anyone wants to see progress before the year end shut down.

The reason the SP is falling is because investors in this stock are waiting for positive news which,so far, has not materialised. It's got nothing to do with lockdown in the UK ,or with markets, which are trending upward. Just news . That's all there is to it. Good news and it will fly, bad news and it will tank, no news and it will limp downward!

the share is still fairly liquid despite the cashing in of a large number of warrants. And there is still a promise of good news before the end of the year. Nobody can be happy to see their investment slide but one makes ones decision in the light of the latest information. Mine is to hold on because I believe we will have some good news fairly soon. And the warrants are diminishing steadily without catastrophic affects. For some this can be a good time to buy in or to add. Or to sell out. It's a matter of choice and opinion.

Shareholders shouldn't need to guess at the reasons for the delay in the ML. It would be almost incredible if Daera hadn't kept the BOD up to date with those reasons. It surely should be incumbent upon the BOD to inform the shareholders.?

I'm quite surprised by the bad feeling this share seems to engender in so many posters but then I've bought in here in more progressive times than many others.
I wasn't overly impressed by the Brian Hall interview. He left the door open to dilution without any suggestion that some sort of participation by a major might be desirable or possible. Obviously GWMO will never become an important gold miner with the company set up as it is but my hope is that the current investigations may reveal an important resource which in turn may attract a major. Much depends upon the quality of management and the soundness of their judgement. I'll take a chance on that and hold on.
Meantime the MMs,for whatever reason, are certainly keeping a damper on GWMO.
