Great, yet another paper. We KNOW it works but you have to SELL it to earn MONEY. It is not a purely academic exercise or we wouldn't be at 7 effin pence. If they cannot do it, sell the company to those that can. The destruction of shareholder value here has been catastrophic.

Excellent news, another market secured, 52 million population and this can barely lift 1.5%. The UK biotech market is like a brian dead zombie. Even if they found a cure for all cancer, AIDS and instant weight loss this market would shrug its shoulders and probably sell off too.

As I have mentioned a few times having contacted IR, UBS are acting for a client of theirs and it is the client shifting funds around. They said they would investigate and see if it can be stopped.

Completely agree they should get it sold. They will never see anything like fair value staying in the UK. Plenty of US biotechs in the same boat - an FDA approved drug for ffs with growing sales and not yet profitable would be valued at least 10 times Shield. Small minds and small wallets in the UK.

8p ! says it all about the crummy state of the UK small cap bio market. This would be $8 in the US by now. They would be better off shifting to the US entirely. F the UK if they can't understand this.

FDA approved, growing sales in many markets, very close to profitability and now back under 7p. This is why the UK stock market is effed. Tiny brains who can't hold a stock more than 5 minutes.

I contacted their PR agent again but got the same response, they are looking into it. Whoever the UBS client is they have been dicking around with this for months now. I would argue it does have an effect and may put people off buying shares.

Fantastic update, but watch the smooth brains sell into a tiny rise on the back of it. This would not be under 8p (11c?) if it was US listed. UK stock market is a joke.

Also buying as dodo brains sell because it hasn't ten bagged in the five minutes since they bought it. If we wait long enough someone will start a x3 leveraged etf for it.

I had a reply from IR:

Our understanding is that these TR-1 "Holding(s) in Company" announcements are a function of UBS moving these holdings around internally, and relate to a significant shareholder who uses UBS as his trustee and settlement agent...The Company's advisers will look into whether the significant shareholder is able to prevent this happening as much in the future, but I can see that this is the same situation for other companies also where UBS are the trustee and settlement agent.

what an absolute **** show this has become. i've written this off now but will keep the shares as a visible reminder never to invest in a company trying to do business in africa again. corruption and incompetence is all they know. they deserve to remain in the stone age.

Only in the crazy, dumbest UK market would a company with this potential and recent news be worth all of 8.65p a share - about 11 US cents ! 11 CENTS !!!!

Bird brain retail deserves all they get. It only gets worse and worse as most (younger i guess ) people can't seem to hold longer than it takes them to drink a mug of tea.
