Well 6 performing on all fronts same as last month save for 1% water increase is standout news. Same next month would be stability heaven. I just don't see CA having stood still past couple of months and would be surprised to see board the same post AGM. 2.5 months is a long time and I will be disappointed not to see 20p by end July. Maybe mid Aug as only then will July offload cash be included (I expect $100 mill free cash), but I'll stick with 20p. Kooba's ADVFN post below -

CA – PIs forgetting CA now on BoD so can’t comment. Instigated mood music change, good finance guy on BoD, and likely company secretary departure. Like serene duck paddling furiously unseen underwater. Played blinder so far, criticism unwarranted until & unless miss next logical step(s). Patience.

AGM - Agenda eagerly awaited. First logical time for senior BoD changes. Patience.

Media - Q&A session attended by analysts/brokers after April Full Year Results will likely soon produce something of note. Patience.

Forward Plan - Rather pointless being specific whilst legally encumbered & needing b/holder agreement. And with only $25-$30 mill in bank. Patience

Annual Report - No comment. WellIntervention’s Sat 16.26 post says it all.

Brent - will be over $108 last 5 days May, so we’ll get decent $108 offload cash. Will see $120 again soon & likely stay around there long term. Won’t see sub $100 again.

Sorry to disappoint simples, but am not zoggyreasonable. Would have acted as his wingman, had it been me. Never filtered anyone, never tried ban anyone, never double posted - even in direst HUR times. So why start now? Not my style.

But hats off to zoggy – I suspect encapsulating views of many readers with serious shares, not minded to post for various reasons. May he soon return.

sharefall - oh dear. by my count at least 3 other of today's new threads have now been pulled. started by various posters. all contained content embarrassing to a certain new poster (ie. not me). that makes circa 6-7 threads pulled in 19 days - 19 days being the timespan a certain new poster has been a member. that poster copied and pasted a copy of posting rules and baldly stated he would complain and have removed any post which transgressed the slightest letter, comma or full stop of posting rules. if one reads the rules, it is clear than if applied strictly, almost any post which goes beyond absolute proven factuality, eg. the sun will rise tomorrow, may be deemed to be rule breaking. it is not a matter of 'fair differing opinion'.
the threads stayed alive only and until a certain poster could see clearly he was losing each and every argument and was proving himself to be a fool. the tipover point seems to be factually irrefutable evidence that sine his joining 19 days ago, that he has been the most prolific poster, and not others he disparaged for 'over-posting'.
i have not named the poster since it would be likely that citing one forum rule or the other, he would engineer the removal of this post, it may still be. we will see by tomorrow. my hope is that other forumites wake up and smell the roses before the forum is destroyed

sharefall - i very much appreciate your comment - no man is an island. HUR will be fine - we will be fine. I would much prefer to write happy lovely posts about the lucre we will make. but harsh history taught us that a forum is like a football match - whereas defence is tedious, it is as vital as attack. let spivs write drivel for 3 months and gain 'a following', and it takes a further 3 months for the forum to regain objectivity and value. In march 21 when the restructuring plan was announced, the forum was already impregnated by canaries immediately telling all to sell at 1p to at least have a few pennies left rather than dead zero. it took 3 months hard graft and books of words to discredit the canaries and the forum to rise from depression and unite in a unity display which demonstrably influenced the judge in giving Crystal Amber support it only dreamt of. this forum may be called upon again to influence matters - an AGM vote perhaps? i do not profess to know. i have mused re filtering - the problem being that if all do so, one may wake up 3 months later finding the forum controlled by a few posters promoting 'a big lie', with not enough time being left to turn the big lie around. my thinking is that it needs a few posters 'on alert' to stop lies or unreliable control freaks gaining control. the caveat there is that when those filtering and having a little sleep are give a nudge, they need to wake up and respond quickly to protect the forum's integrity (as your post does). it is not enough for peeps to post...'this is boring' - which there has been a fair amount of these past 19 days. if a newbie dominating the forum with most posts for 19 days, and starting with a sermon that the old BoD were faultless, and the still current CEO & CFO were doing a splendid job, does not make peeps asses twitch, i do not know what will
