What is the process to get the WHT back from Lux? suspect it doesnt exist as every broker handling ISA accounts would already be all over that for their clients. If you are trying as an individual, good luck with that. To me it says the FD didnt think for a second about UK shareholders and just wanted the Lux holding co used by Arora to be satisfied. They should be given hell by individual UK shareholders, particularly those holding in an ISA, as I suspect you will never get the 15% back.

Kayne, down from 6.6M shares a few months ago to 1.3M. They have essentially given up. Over the last 5 days gone from 4.2m shares supplying 25% of the shares traded since July 30th. Looks like this has all gone to retail as no RNS's from the big boys.

$1.6bn exeptionals last year gives them the buffer to have big improvement in statutory 2026 even if organic growth is low. PE of 15x is also undemanding

They had 12.4m non underlying last year so comparison is 120.6 to range 110-120. 110 the more likely is down 8.3% but will be mitigated by share buyback at eps level, so 6% fall about right. PE for 26 circa 12x. This has ranged from 9-30 over the last 5 years so its definitely nearer the bottom of the range. Earnings yield of 8%.

RNS came quicker than i thought. FDM's biggest shareholder has cut their holding by a third. They alone supplied 25% of the 8.4m shares traded yesterday. Not a good sign when the fall is driven by the largest shareholder but given their dreadful performance in the US no surprise a west cost investor first to jump. Lets see if any of the big dogs took the other side or whether it was all the retail dumb money thinking they are getting a bargain.

What a stupid comment. For every sell there is a buy. The algo just awards it a buy if the offer is hit and a sell if the bid hit. Its way oversimplyfing to describe a trade as a buy or sell based on this rule. Go learn the business if you are going to offer commentary.

Videndum closed at 0.48 on Feb 21st with a low on the day of 0.28. Closed yesterday at 1.09 but is still down 25% ytd and 66% over one year. Hardly a poster child for catching a falling knife. Its a mickey mouse share with no real trading. If you want to measure success from the low of the day it was up 100% on the close the very next day. I havent looked but # of shares traded at 28p I suspect were minimal and so your argument its all just impractical with only beer money traded.

For a stock to fall from £13 only a few years ago to £1.2 ish today, you can only describe that management team & Board as ........i dont really know what the right term is as losers doesnt really say enough. Buying in now is the usual dumb retail move, "trying to catch a falling knife". Be very careful, how could anyone have that level of confidence. Sometimes best thing to do is admit your mistake and walk away.
