"Be nice if the SP gets to 3p before the binding agreement then a 100% increase from there "
Absolutely. Also note that the closer we get to commercialisation the less "percentages" are accounted for in the market and the more "amounts" are. So the market will start to look towards potential PE ratios based on upcoming assumed revenue and then it's as possible to go from 3p to 8p as it is to go from 1p to 8p. The percentage increase and sensibility thereof won't matter.
"It's a constant source of amazement and puzzle to me why so many of you have not filtered HF"
He's gets enough engagement that I haven't yet. Others I have, I forget who, but there's been a flurry of green over the last week that I haven't seen in a while.
"If you ask the commercial lawyers at a multi national company how long they would expect this MSC trial to be agreed I can assure you it would be nowhere near over a year."
You can assure nothing. The answer to the question would be "I have no idea, it depends entirely on the specifics of the contract and how that interacts with the specific interests of each party".
Which is the case.
As for conclusion of the contract by year end - it's basically irrelevant. They aren't asking for any money between now and then so they have no reason to arbitrarily commit themselves to such a short timescale - we'll wait and see. If it happens we'll know they were right, if not, we'll know they weren't. We don't have to do anything but sit on our hands and watch.
The volume is very low, so ignore the published prices. Look at the actual trades on this link and assign importance to them based on the size of the trade (a Β£5 trade can be ignored for example)
It's hard to see the importance of the AGM - maybe just to clarify some minor issues that aren't well understood but there hasn't been an RNS for so long I don't think that applies
I mean this is it. The AGM is coming up so people either think it's more likely we'll sign a deal between now and then or they think if we don't something special happens. Neither of these are the case
