If there's a problem with Quadrise, and there might not be, but if there is and if the problem is a governance or a communication problem then there's a solution. You may have noticed that there have been bones (and they're really just that) thrown to one or two otherwise nameless minor shareholders on the private shareholders forum. Well, a hard-bitten sceptic might posit that they're thrown these bones not because of charity but because the last thing they want are demands they *have* to listen to. If you want to do the latter, you start a new private forum to collect real, verifiable names and shareholdings of private investors and get them together as a legal entity with a significant and perhaps even majority shareholding and start making actual disclosure and governance demands of the company you own. Anyway, that's one actual solution to one maybe problem.
