Got the feeling that we have overseas orders pending but won't announce until Govt sign the contract. This being CK's decision not to rock the Govt boat. Wise to a point, but once the MOU deadline is met, and no extension is arranged prior to that date, the BOD should take the decision to offer a weeks grace before external orders proceed.
However, I think it is now likely a date has been set and the fuse lit.
