Minimal volume and 16% down suggests that the MMs are attempting to get some stock for the US market as is the case with many multi-exchange shares.

Hopefully the brokers will see the interest rising and sort that out. It does put a few off but shouldn't as at best/fill or kill only takes 5 mins to complete as a rule with this stock. Barcs is £6 a pop.
