Good luck Sakura. Been adding a bit recently. Getting the average back under 20 p. Yes if a deal is agreed sale has to deliver at least 30 p hopefully. In for a penny as missed selling out the drop this time. Not overly impressed with paid for interview but sometime either an offer is raised, Mellon reduces the parameters or more likely combination of the two. Pleasantly surprised we have enough cash to get past Christmas. However it won’t be far away after that. One concern is the expected Mellon cashing of 15 p options for any needed cash will be less likely if s p drops below 15 p. Hopefully we have seen the bottom 🙏. Note the mention of shareholder loan in the case of seeing us to the finishing line if a deal is struck. Nice 20 % interest I imagine. Cannot imagine that being the funding source if it is an open ended sale with no sale .

So after a tear there is no satisfactory offer, think that has been obvious for some time and hence 15 p share price.

Mellons interest rate s year ago was 17% so must be over 20% now.

I reckon funds needed in next month or so , going to be interesting. Can’t help wondering what the acceptable level is and perhaps if you can predict 150 k oz production for this year it is pretty possible you can over egg your expectation for offers!

One thing to bear in mind is that if a large placing is needed here 🍉 will be in danger of exceeding his27% takeover limit so maybe we can’t rely on his heavy involvement. Baring in mind the last raise for the first time failed to be fully subscribed, another could be disastrous.

Yes, interesting that it has held today. I remember when I first bought here it had a habit of bouncing around between 2.5-4 p before the lift off. Mostly out here now but wishing luck guys

Ddd, my immediate concern is that the sp is now at the level of 🍉 15 p warrants. We will need cash soon and 🍉 incentive to support the company’s needs has all but gone and likely to be in deficit at this rate. Buying now should surely give a decent reward if a deal is forthcoming

Ing but obviously the market isn’t buying it. Fortune may well favour the brave. The current share price really isn’t irrelevant, as we may find if there is need for another keep the lights on placing. and how do you know there are no leaks ? The share price reflects a distressed seller to any possible investors. The low sp reflects the ammount of time taken with no sign so far after a year of a sale and cash dwindling. Better come out with some news soon that’s for sure. Good luck with the bottom feeding, I may have a last gasp if crypto adds some more gains just for the hell of it.

Jack, crypto doing nicely. Having a good run in solana particularly and polymath. Seeing the start of the next crypto bull run. Looking to swap a bit more out of shares into crypto for the next year or two. Quite a surprise rise today interested to see what the rest of the week brings. Cash will have to be raised next year. Going to take news to get anywhere near 6 p I would think but never say never.

Still May be a deal but it is pretty obvious to most that there is not a host of companies chomping at the bit to gobble us up. News of a deal will negate negative views however the sp is telling the story at the moment.

28, obviously the issue is what happens when that 2 m has gone in the not too distant future? No indications on that one to my knowledge. Many millions to spend on new projects ! Hard to see where it comes from and hard to see bod as financial whiz kids . Jack, personally hard to see anything other than a painful raise. Just have to hope that it doesnt involve convertible loan notes and death spiral financiers.

Mc has touched on this a few times and it is for sure coming. Kind of nice to buy little bits of gold on your phone when you have a few quid, or swap some eth or tether into gold. Good for gold in the future.

Ddd, next crypto bull run has started . ETF close and Bitcoin halving next year. A lot of money is heading that way could well be in tandem with gold. Been adding and trading crypto over the last year or so. I have micro strategy and Clark in the isa. Personally had enough of small explorers. Too risky, and cyclical. Was hoping to transfer some from Cnr to crypto base but it is taking way too long. This Maybe of interest in regards debt and crypto etc . Quite long tho

don’t see any way 60 p plus is likely If a sale happens. We must be close to heading into 200 m shares soon as cash cannot be too far from needing topping up. I doubt a sale price above $120 m with a number of costs inc I believe 15% tax. I still see 40-50 as best Hope which would be fine if you are buying at 17 p. Nobody is though . A 1 year sale process with just 3 site visits and no binding offer isn’t encouraging new investors. News for sure needed here !

Nope, deffo over $800 k. When I predicted a raise q1/2 next year the admin expenses were used to disagree. It’s easy to see the actual cash burn each quarter if you look for it! Omi always was going to run out of cash mid next year.

How are they going to raise cash?? The board has no credibility in Canada which is why they raise in aim. The only way that this will see the forecasts of 50 p etc is through what is a likely consolidation. I did try to be the voice of caution here among the predominantly outlandish predictions. C f. Martin is a bottom feeder. He got el lemon mine from rrr for virtually nothing when they failed. He also is involved in various shady deals with Ortega so personally not see him as a white night. This is the end game and we will likely see that shareholders have the weakest hand. I think we already do.

We saw when Cnr couldn’t comply with 18 months from permits to start construction that the nica gvnt can very much bend the rules , Cnr still refers to the project as almost construction ready! That worked out in our favour, However they can just as easily bend the rules , or indeed uphold the rules to steer this project where they want it to go and where they see it as most advantageous to themselves. Cnr holders mean nothing, both the eu and uk have sanctions on nica.Geo politics are gradually worsening, sorry Simms. China is the most likely destination for sure.

The market really is not liking this 1 year no news . I hope I am being pessimistic but the smell isn’t great to me. I expected a longer timeframe than most here but it looks like I was ramping rather than de ramping. I dodged a bullet swapping my Omi in here when they were about 8 p but really wasn’t expecting to o be heading to 15 p here.

Obviously buying now if there is a deal would be a good buy but very risky. The risk at 16 p is no deal. A sale has to return 100% from here. It’s a bargain but nobody’s buying. Could be a mega deth song lol. I might just be a chancer and add some soon. Shot to nothing as it were.

Simms, there is no chance of completion this year imv. Calibre deal with b2 took over 3 months from announcing. And b 2 were holders in calibre at the time. The next likely event imv will be further funding , hopefully Mellon converting more 15 p warrants. The question now ddd is will it complete by next April.

After almost a year we have 3 site visits and no binding offer. Not overly promising if you are on the sidelines. I imagine a Chinese offer being the most likely and most desired by Ortega . What if there is only 1 offer. What actually is the alternative ?

E l, I think the fact that there would have to be a mine build is one reason that makes calibre unlikely imv. Calibre have a large scale exploration budget for their own burgers that is very fruitful. I think their model is to buy and develop existing mines. I am not convinced that toll deal was ever close. Should be noted that b2 had a holding in calibre long before the deal was signed off so they were negotiating for quite some time. Of course it is not impossible that something could develop but unlikely imv.

Agree that China is the most likely suitor for many reasons and would expect nica gvnt to be most receptive to that scenario, and they still have a say in proceedings.

Simms, where is your source material for your claim that calibre were constantly making approaches. I have seen no such mention. Cnr were talking with b2 and calibre for a toll deal which never transpired with either. Calibre cash pile has varied between $45-90 m depending on any deals and their v large exploration budget that is the equivalent of Cnr m cap. They could be interested but are committed to exploration for new gold. As I have said before, having bought 2 mines for $100 m can’t see some of the hoped for prices here being paid and $110 m for yet another mine build. Nica want another mine!

I also see no real proof that Mellon is holding proceedings up , there has been no binding offer that seems to be what is holding things up.

I suspect that the Nicaraguan gvnt would prefer a Chinese buyer. Now they for sure could make sure that this is the only possible deal if they wish. Geo politicals are with China and gvnt is becoming more prone to interference and confiscation. Not suggesting confiscation but quite easy to steer it where they want it which could make problems for western companies. My opinion only of course.

Tbh, I was struggling to see beyond next year as it was with a raise needed within the next year. How on earth this new vanity project will be funded is a bit of a mystery to me. Let’s hope we don’t see convertible now funding and consolidation. What is the nominal issue price btw.
