You chartists crack me up - Where was Friday's news on your chart? What happens if there is positive news between now and Wednesday, does your chart mean there won't be any news?

I've just re-entered here this morning, it was painful to watch on Friday and I feel for all of you, but I and many others are now coming back to NCYT to make some money and maybe to offer some support. GLA!

Speaking of leaks.....I need one and I can't tear my eyes away from the screen!!!

And.....to celebrate I've just increased my holding back to it's original number, had to do it in several trades but we're back :-) Let's rock and roll!

I've purposely stayed away from these boards of late, but I'm as excited now as I was this time last year, desperately trying to find the right time to bed and isa whilst the SP was rocketing. It's nice to be back and I'm looking forward to an astronomical week and the culmination of 12 months nail biting and patience, well done all LTHers!

He paid the Divi, everyone got all excited but forgot that he'd be the biggest benefactor! To be honest we're better off without him involved, but I doubt sentiment will return once he's done stripping the company...look at what he did to RMS and where they are now. As soon as he got wind of delays he started selling....which is insider trading but he doesn't give a toss about the FCA or shareholders...total scum!

Listing Timeline
While it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may
be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff
comments.
Week 1. Company submits application for listing and Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff begins its review.
Weeks 2-3. Staff completes its preliminary review and prepares comment letter.
Weeks 3-4. Company addresses any issues raised by Staff.
Weeks 5-6. Staff completes their review and company is approved for listing.

But they would still file an F-4, OTC is technically not a listing so we would be applying for admission of shares directly...or maybe via a SPAC, we just don't know how they plan to uplist, actually we don't KNOW if they are listing on Nasdaq at all! Either way an F-4 would be required.

Sorry I see Bitfarms is a Canadian company.

But Bitfarms is a US company right?

Check DDDD for a more comparable application of a foreign organisation that has dual listing, hence the need for an F-4 (foreign)

And yes, the SEC form was visible for months before the actual listing date.

There are non for Argo yet.

Because I don't want the bother of the complicated tax considerations, having to bed and ISA etc and I always stick my 20K in to my ISA on the first of April every year, like many people do.

I will be putting 20K cash straight in to my ISA and spending most of it on Argo shares....I don't see why you would think that new annual isa allowance wouldn't make a difference.

Because that's the mid-market price....and a great demonstration of why the 'buys v sells' calculations are so very inaccurate.

Absolutely! News like this could even boost Bitcoin itself!

Institutions will go crazy for this, it really removes the environmental and sustainability question.

Just checked the SEC website, searched using Edgar - no new filings from Argo, this rumour is bull, sorry.
