There should be good news in the future. Why has the sp dropped? Did the Annual Report and FS 2021 disappoint the market?
What are the other great unknowns, HITS?
HITS, thanks for the link. It's good to know that the wells produced at about 1.5m therms in May 2017. The fall in production in the following months is a disappointment. Do you think the wells will achieve the 1.5m therms p.m. from July?
Mirasol many thanks. I've now found the SFB data. The data does not show the therms per month, so is not very helpful.. How has the company estimated 1.5m therms p.m.?
Mirasol, thanks for the link.
That link is just for the North Sea wells. I cannot find the data for onshore wells like Saltfleetby. It would be interesting to know whether the two wells were producing 1.5m therms p.m. or more in 2017.
Where can the monthly production data in 2017 be found? Is the co hoping to produce a similar amount of therms per month?
It just seems odd that the sp has gone up on the ASX and down on the AIM. Maybe the ASX investors were more impressed by the RNS?
There is a contrast between the AIM and ASX sp movement for SVML.

larry10 I'll stand corrected! Thanks for that.
The FCA rule in the link clearly states that the disclosure thresholds are different for a non-UK company like Novacyt! See DTR 5.1.2 - https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/DTR/5/?view=chapter
larry did you read the rules in the link I provided?
The disclosure rules are different for a non-UK company! Novacyt is registered in France, and only need to disclose after 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% - https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/DTR/5/?view=chapter
I have also searched for Overseas Investment (Group) Ltd. It has a status of dissolved - https://opencorporates.com/companies/hk/1186294
The late trades are a puzzle. The prices are low, and they may be from Thursday.
This is a worrying post on ADVFN by kiplig -
"Just doing some DD on this and something looks fishy. Last month they issued 15% of the Company’s shares for free to a random LLC which doesn’t even have a website, for strategic advisory, IT for the next 12 month services. All this about 1 week after a director resigned.
This is uninvestable to me unless we learn who the beneficiary of this huge gift was. I’ve never heard of giving 15% of a company away for services which haven’t even yet been performed. They weren’t conditional upon success, they weren’t structured as an option and they were paid up front. I’ve seen this type of thing too many times before. Someone has just made a killing at the shareholders expense. These are not normal terms - however they are spun."
AG, is there much political risk from the Mali location?
