Why would we get bought on the cheap now? Auto is to double year on year for the next 5 years and now with Qualcomm its substantially more, as stated we are pioneers in aviation and that will be massive in the future. 50p might be enough to get the II to agree, maybe not, seems very cheap to me and would be life changing money for lots of LTH on here, but looking at the future it’s peanuts compared to what it can be, everything is just profit now, no manufacturing, no storage and all the heavy lifting is done.

What I find interesting and exciting about our tech is sensors/cameras in the ADAS suite that will warn the driver of a vehicle or pedestrian on the road will know if the driver has seen it due to DMS and won’t warn the driver, that’s the key.

IMO Qualcomm would have taken a stake of at least 10% as part of the deal if there was any danger of the company being taken over, I believe the board and existing large share holders have agreed they wont be selling out for the foreseeable future or indeed it may never have been spoken about. We are in deep with their future plans though it seems and there aren’t any replacements at the moment, I just thought I’d share my thoughts as take over has always been a topic of conversation.
