Not at all, I agree and would have thought that commercial vehicles would have been mandated much earlier. When trucks crash they make a big mess, but in general they seem to be safer drivers.
Vans on the other hand don’t get hardly any ADAS compared to cars and you can see the accident rate rising, these vehicles also don’t have tacho’s so there is nothing stopping couriers driving 15 hours a day, texting while they’re at it. I have had first hand knowledge of 7.5 tonne drivers being sent out in a van after their tacho says they’re done driving for the day.

Cars and taxis have waaaay more crashes than anything else, although these stats are probably due to the amount of vehicles on the road not in relation to it.

The eu regs are for ALL VEHICLES.

Makes you wonder if its being taken seriously as the vans,trucks, buses etc etc aren’t a thing when it comes to our contracts.
Commercial vehicles are at a much higher risk statistically of having an accident you would think, just doesn’t make sense.

Eu regs started jun 2022, all NEW cars must have DMS with refreshed models must have for 2024.
Euro ncap is 2023 for DMS

The mobile phone is on the way out and glasses will take over, eye tracking is required.
Who knows what one of our licensees will develop with it.

2m x 5 years = 10m

I wouldn’t give simply Wall Street that much credit as the have smarteye in a very strong position.
Clearly someone(s) want cheap shares and taking advantage of the market conditions, big orders being filled at cheap prices.

I feel really bad for all the people I have told to invest in this, saying it’s a sure thing, you can’t loose. Who are sitting now on a paper lose thinking I’m a dick or lost any or all profits they made. These people trust me, I trust the company to do what they say they will.

It’s not whether we need the cash or not, we need to be on the Nasdaq to get the most exposure.
Cross listing might be a better way and would mean it’s cheaper than dual listing, Paul did say they were looking at all options. Lots of massive companies are on mor3 than one stock exchange, we are not massive, yet.

They will need more money and an IPO for the Nasdaq with another 4 or 5 hundred million at $5 a share, the contracts will all magically get signed just in time, will give us a nice pot of cash. Probably see Qualcomm buying some then too. That would be fine for me

Isb there’s no liquidity, if they do dual list they will do an IPO in the US which would provide liquidity and more share holders, then our shares would be worth more as I assume the IPO will be done once the RFQs are signed and there is a better outlook on the future.

We were expecting a flurry of RNSs due to the models being on the road but that isn’t a thing obviously, i expect that would gain interest in the company as if you aren’t already invested why would you look?
