A few things with Fleet
1) Shell, the Shell contract will be huge, its not just Shell as their partners/affiliate's / suppliers will use Guardian also, Paul mentions 3 wins in the video which he would like to announce when permission is granted.
2) After Manufacture - this is a huge and new market, my reading of this is that Bus and Truck manufacturers will factory fit Guardian after manufacture but pre sale so they then sell a fleet of Buses or Trucks that are compliant. I read this as the hardware, then our sales team would sell the monitoring services to the end buyer (Bus or Truck Fleet operator) so a win win, we sell the hardware at decent margin and then are a shoe in for the monitoring.
3) Direct Sales
The big enterprise clients the likes of Shell or say a random one like Coca-cola are direct so we get higher margin as no distributor take in the middle.
To be Fleet looks very much on track, lets not forget its the first thing Paul fixed when he came on board.
Gen3 sounds exciting, rightly he didn't name a date for that as it should be an RNS
