We won one of the biggest of all the VW Group, we had our first win in Japan and we expanded with Stellantis. Magna invested $10m at 11p. We won Shell Oil, we signed a deal with Collins aerospace. Many more also I will have forgotten.

Nick is on record that we have a 100% track record of getting our design wins to SoP.

All that's wrong now is the marco issues that have impacted the sp but not the business imo.

S2030, I don't think the company have had any setbacks since then in fact they have been more successful than even the most optimistic of us imagined.

The company are more successful than any previous forecasts on winning auto work for 24/25 onwards, hence they need more staff in FY22 and FY23 to service those new wins and wins to come, the move from 30% market share to 50% market share is huge.

So I won't be upset if breakeven has moved from FY23 as its for a good reason, they are resourcing the business to deal with the workload and the company will be a lot bigger than most imagined.

UP, I was just happy to find a salesman who knew a little about eye-tracking, its every new model and every model refresh so will be significant numbers for SM.

I spoke with a BMW salesman yesterday and viewed the IX and I4. IX is very nice inside, the front grille will however be a bit marmite, I4 is lovely and would be my choice of the 2, it will be a great seller and do very well in the company car market imo.

The salesman confirmed both models have idrive8 and it comes with eye tracking, but the best bit was when we looked at a 330e, which he described as the last model before all yes ALL BMW models move to idrive8 "next month"

Seeing Machines is on the cusp of a breakout, as they now have commitments for eighty million vehicles over the next five years via eight different OEMs -- five of which are new. (Compare that to the fact they are only in 150,000 cars on the road today, via six models.) Most notably, in December Ford announced Seeing Machine is featured in its flagship F-150 truck, the best-selling vehicle in the United States. We expect a US cross listing for Seeing Machines in 2022.

Firstly we get mentioned alongside Apple

Then the use case is explained a little more

Is this a license deal or a partnership or a collaboration, that's above my paygrade but its an interesting development

We are in petrol and diesel cars now, we are in EV's now, both of them will grow significantly as the current pipeline translates into annual revenues. We are in the AV test vehicles with BDMS springing to life and now we hear about a use case for AV's when the do hit the road.

If I hadn't sold my mic to buy more shares at these rocket bottom prices I would drop said mic.

Lost, the chair told us it was 65% II holdings in March 21, since then Magna and others have bought at 11p, so it would be over 70% now.

Nathan, in March 2021 the Chair answered a question re II holidngs and it was 65% back then, we have since had Magna and others invest at 11p, so it would be over 70% now.

The daily SP movements are caused by retail investors trying to trade or getting scared by macro stuff. the II will hold long-term

So yesterday Mr Safestocks predicted Stellantis and GM Ultra Cruise and he gives todays RNS to Stellantis.

Colin Barnden on Linkedin goes for GM Ultra Cruise, the good news for us shareholders is we don't really care as we will win both so its just about timing.

Seeing Machines has announced another program #win (https://lnkd.in/eBWa2663) for #driver #monitoring systems. This one is harder to unpick, but I'm going to take the hint from "safe Level 2-3," as a reference to a very sophisticated #supervised #automation system. The most obvious candidate is General Motors #UltraCruise.

This previous announcement (https://lnkd.in/exSJD_CQ) from #GM says: "The Snapdragon SA8540P SoCs will provide the necessary bandwidth for Ultra Cruise’s #sensing, #perception, #planning, #localization, #mapping and driver monitoring." Hence the assumption would be that this is the first #DMS win for the Qualcomm #Snapdragon #Ride #SoC, with GM providing its own #vision #stack and drive policy, but integrating DMS #software from Seeing Machines, just as it did for #SuperCruise and Enhanced Super Cruise.

"Anticipated regulatory requirements" could also the first clue that #automakers are already adopting a #global approach to driver and #occupant monitoring regulation, specifying and qualifying every possible feature onto the same DMS and #OMS software stack. That would include #drowsiness, #distraction, #impairment, #cellphone detection, #eating, #smoking, #seatbelt recognition, hands-on-wheel, child presence detection #CPD etc.

That's a "one and done" approach and simply eliminates the regulatory uncertainty of Euro NCAP, For Safer Cars, China-NCAP, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHTSA, General #Safety Regulation #GSR etc. and switches the development focus back onto value-add features like supervised automation and advanced ****pits that will drive buyer decisions.

The tier-1 partner for the win is harder still to identify, but I'll go again with Visteon Corporation. Visteon is known to be a Qualcomm partner and offers both the #SmartCore #****pit computer and #DriveCore driving computer. Just how competent it is as a #technology integrator, and how embedded it is in the #automotive #ecosystem is probably not widely appreciated, so I composed the graphic shown below as a primer. Visteon is a key player in China, with deep, established, relationships.

With the latest win, Seeing Machines DMS technology will now be integrated into more than 120 "distinct vehicle models." This is to be compared with the running total for Smart Eye, of 93 "design-wins."

I have a couple of key metrics for automotive A$1bn pipeline for and A$100m annual revenue visibility, to put that in context the automotive forecast for FY22 is circa A$10m

1) A$1bn pipeline
- great progress been made, I still believe we will hit that level this calendar year
- running total of A$395m, increasing on a weekly basis
- A$50m added in last few weeks

2) A$100m revenue visibility
- so what I mean is we have won work that we can see translates into A$100m revenue in any given year, or 10x the current year
- this requires one to try and forecast when the A$395m gets turned into revenue, so of course any attempt at this will be wrong, but gives us a ballpark view
- why view is with a few more design wins we are getting towards that level in FY25 or FY26, my current attempt to split the A$395m has A$80m in FY25
- of course my numbers are royalty revenue only, doesn't include any NRE that might occur in those years working on new design wins, and is automotive only no fleet or aviation
- margin we don't need to guess as Paul has told us its 90-95%
- so A$100m revenue is say A$92.5m margin, and its going to increase every year from then onwards

What's that worth?

They have upped the ante in the"name that OEM" an expansion with existing is harder to guess than a new OEM, isn't that a good sign.
