FCA still waiting for an audit of the Bermuda operation and a set of consolidated accounts for the enlarged group as part of the prospectus approval, and GS saying the Bermuda operation had never been required to provide audits, so it's tricky to comply.

I too have some misgivings about the audit . Asking for an audit of a tax free insurance company in Bermuda must seem like asking for a bacon roll in a Bar Mitzvah ceremony.
