VP, prepare yourself for another onslaught of negative BS from Chill’s newest shareholder! To anyone with half a brain then I agree that doesn’t make sense but then our resident troll doesn’t make sense and never has!

Hopefully I’ll be wrong and some Chill news might be discussed.

It is fairly easy to deduce from the rns that the store roll out needs to be better planned which I would assume for all the stores selling multiple units per day there are too many not which brings down the average per day across the chain. Mike Sandore has been brought in for his expertise in this arena which is why they have paused the roll out to rectify this so that the future roll out will hit better average unit sales. While he is doing this the company intend to concentrate on getting the e-commerce part of the business working better. Makes perfect sense to me as stock on shelves in store not selling much is a waste, online sales have better margins.

If he sold more than needed to make a TR1 mandatory then we would have seen that surely. Has he hedged his bets with some other instrument I don’t know but being a major shareholder I would have imagined it would have had to be declared?

When push comes to shove I feel chill is major undervalued at this price though. The fundamentals haven’t changed that much since July when we were in 2500 stores. So why fraction of the value - panicky overselling in part and maybe overpriced at that point too. But you can’t deny the calibre of people being brought into the company suggests that it’s not just us rampers (p..s takers!! ;) that see something in this. Big hitters have joined in last 5 months and continue to, they aren’t joining to make a few quid as most aren’t getting paid in £’s

Tbh Vas, I don’t think he planned to exit at this point. Combo of the positives he sees in BC and the lack of (store push delay) he sees in Chill prompted the sell down.
Could be looking for a quick buck (or million) from BC before he moved into something else. If he can make 10, 15, 20% in quick time in BC and then buy back in Chill if conditions are right puts him in a bloody good position. Not saying that is his plan but obvs he sees more potential in growth from BC then Chill. I would imagine the sp drop based on missed targets, poor communication has pee’d him off too like every else.

The lack of gummies in the UK is apparently logistical not productive issues. I agree a drive to more stores would cost which is why a NON dilution (antha talking out of his arris as usual) is being worked on. Mike Sandore has been brought in for the store push so although paused it will happen.

Spot on VP. Been saying it for a while. Got all the hallmarks of a heavy drinker - the incoherent ranting, the obsession with trying to be somebody on here with hundreds and hundreds of posts then silence while he sleeps it off, total obsession with the Telegram Group is hilarious. Looking at his posts I’d say he starts fairly early in the day too. Hopefully he uses his £300 profit to seek some professional help. It’s an addiction, an illness and he obviously needs help bless him.

Doesn’t make it any less relevant

With inflation does it mean it’s worth more now of course but it is a good indicator of what these key words then .com can be worth.

I’m not sure who the idiots on here were saying £1,2n is massively overpriced but must pick you up on the “just” comment as this was June 2019.

TBH I doubt he’s ever been invested. Moans from some of the trolls re misleading sales today (until Bluerill gave them a lesson) but misleading info from Vas is more confusing.
