The Company makes a good announcement this morning , about £3000 worth of shares is sold and share price drops 13% and the Market cap goes down £3m . Funny old World

I see this share moving forward . I bought in the day after it was announced the Chairman had bought a £1m of GMR shares at 25p, November 2015 . This guy is no fool . He sold his last internet gaming co ( Foxy Bingo ) to Party Gaming for £100m cash. Therefore in gaming and share trading parlance it is best to follow winners !

This share will have it's day in the sun soon , perhaps when somebody takes it out . Whitbread ? It has too much Market share to be ignored while the share price is weak .

I have always liked this company and have therefore had the roller coaster of a ride over the last 10 years . The management make very few announcements so shareholders have to wait for months for news . I think the next one will be good agsin and then the share price should continue it's rise

For a £1bn company this Board doesn't get much activity . I was looking around for an undervalued share to buy yesterday and on values terms I decided to buy MAB . When further funds become available ( eg from divs on other stocks I will add )

I have held this share for 10 years . The CEO is a good chap and I think in time this will get to £2 a share and ultimately I think it will be bought by another hotel group when he wants to retire .

It is only a matter before this company is no longer . The last time I met the management of this company 5 years ago I thought it was overvalued at 20p and had no future . I am surprised it still exists , my advice is to sell now and buy yourself and partner a good meal . Soon that will seem good value .

One would think the directors would have checked with major shareholsers first before deciding to go private . Apparently not reading their last announcement . However before shareholders build their hopes up on GAH being relisted the Company has only three weeks left to find a Nomad otherwise the AIM rules say Goodbye .

This company that was building a future ( £ 100m. Premiums pa ) has been killed by the bloody EU.regulation . I fear they can only survive as a private company which means death to the ordinary shareholders . Thank God for Brexit . The EU idiots really showed their incompetence by taking on the US by demanding $14bn from Apple . This has even upset Obama , the guy who told us to stay in the EU. I think the Brits have shown the way by voting out and we should welcome Apple to UK

This dog will be forced to make an announcement by AIM because of price movement . It will either be positive and the price will move on , or if it says it doesn't know etc back it goes

Well after the disastrous news this week what is left ? Is it possible they could get this £6m back , the answer is yes . But for this calculation let's ignore, they say they have £70m in the bank , taking the very worst scenario that is £15m net net after claims and commissions . That works out at 11p a share if the Company closes down because of inability to offload a huge percentage of their premium income . If they can and they say they are in discussions with others the future could be very favourable . As a bet I am staying in.

I hope GAH will announce with their results that they have or are close to doing a deal with a large insurance company to offload / reinsure lots of their premium insurance .That gets around the solvency issue and then the share price could/ should double !

GAH's Market cap is now £14m . With a £100m + annual premium income I would have thought another insurance company could just buy them .

I think the announcement re the US will really help and today we see the first move upwards in the shares . Let's hope it keeps going .

Yes you are correct the Market doesn't like them hence the price decline . However if I am correct and they can reinsure 50% of their insurance liabilities with an accruing annual profit the Company should be viewed differently .

Reading between the lines on todays RNS I think GAH is going to make it . If they can offload the high volume revenue for a guaranteed percentage profit then that will assist capital adequacy and make the company profitable. I think the Company's share price will now start to consolidate and then move upwards.
