Having attended the AGM I trust the Chairman’s comments .

Newfoundlander if you were right and the wood is worthless ( which with CS i think is nonsense ) you would think the Government would welcome AEG’s offer of investment in the area with both hands .

I see there was a nice buy at the end of the day yesterday , perhaps the bid may move up this morning

This is very very quiet board . I like this company , strong growth , increasing profits and solid . A perfect long term AIM hold.

I think the next two weeks will be interesting and who knows NFL might find a pen with ink in it . Fingers crossed.

For 2018 I think trading will be better , eg their Bournemouthhotel Royal Norfolk is fully booked this summer . So hopefully they will make a profit for the year ( always good for a share price )

I agree , with this deal just completed being worth £23 m and their market cap is £25m this share is a buy :

Most investors are sheep . This morning is typical , nothing has changed all week , but it only takes a few sells and others follow , hence now down 10% on the week. I am more than confident this share will come through to be a great success.

Nice £100k buy this morning , bodes well for news next week.

I was also at the AGM today and I agree with all my fellow posters re the AGM presentations. .So the bottom line is we have with CS and PS the best products available anywhere in the World . The product is also the cheapest and with the likihood of securing enormous acreages of forests we as shareholders are going to be in the winning enclosure very shortly .

The madness of AIM and shareholder sells. GMR announces it has sold 70% of a business for £23m in cash and the market cap today is £23m , valuing the rest of the business at zero , or am I missing something ?

It is good we have a date for the AGM. Who knows we might have a Canadian announcement by then .

The instutional interest in this share is increasing , proved by the over subscribed quick £1m raise this morning .
This will give comfort to government partners , Canada , Poland etc etc

Now AEG has done a “ kitchen sink” on the accounts the only way is up and low and behold we have a real buyer in the market ( just bought 3m )

A good announcement this morning I particularly liked the Board realising there is a totally different discipline required to create and build a business by travelling around the World ( thank you Richard ) and a CEO being in the office 10 hours a day implementing that business ( the finders and grinders rule ) The Board has decided to split these two roles . Well done . I believe AEG is becoming a unique company with 1) an infinite supply of food stuff ( forests ) 2) Coal Switch which gives them a huge advantage over other companies 3) With 1&2 above I expect in time this will lead to AEG with other significant financial partners owning and operating power stations in various countries . So then AEG will have become a perfect utility and a mature company Happy days .

With such a good announcement today and the share price up 20% I will be really disappointed if we don’t get some national press tomorrow which should bring in some new shareholders .

This is a company that now longer suits AIM , little news , big spread , little trading and the share price can move 5% in a day on £10k of share sells . As I said several months ago I do hope the management sells the company soon and we can all move on .
