Nyati says a power purchase agreement with the state power utility, Jirama, has been secured for 25MW for a concession period of 30 years, after which the Imaloto independent power producer will be handed over to the government. The tariff has also been agreed although Lemur cannot disclose it yet.

The £5m is probably the additional security required off every man and his dog to continue dealing moving forward. But at 25% of the overall market cap. the job lot is a bit of a steal at the current price.

I've a feeling they'll pull something off though - too many vested interests and when all said and done its a growing market which is actually churning good money.

It is scully unless the Hangars real value is £15m and we've had to unload on the cheap. Also I dont know how hard it is to either sell or let an empty hangar in the future. Maybe the buyer does and sees it as a no brainer. I honestly don't know.

But the point you make about tenant security is sound enough taking the above into consideration.
