Article in the Times Business section today - Ferro due to list on LSExchange with £5.2m raised. "Demand for Vanadium is set to soar as it is widely used to strengthen steel, as well as to make batteries used in Power plants"

Gov. awarded contracts often need to see their is sufficient fund backing/Insurance in order to become an approved supplier. In turn being regarded as low risk for the award of contracts in the future. Hence why permission would be required by EMSD to alter the loan.

That said, dividend news before any proposed deal/dilution would, I'm pretty sure, be received more positively.

I'm eyes peeled to see in what order any news is delivered.

Q4, new investment via dilution and then dividends would offer a different short term outcome to say - Q4, Dividend News, new investment news.

Questions enquiring; why should dilution be necessary for a cash machine like BMN.

Similarly, solid evidence of past performance and analysis should dilution become necessary.

In a nutshell, you trust the board to make the right decision even if it causes a little bit of short term pain.

I can run with that.

I think it's really important to ensure full qualitive information remains in full view in-between the self promotion posts - just for balance if you like.
