The point here of course is the marine eng. division isn't for sale. If somebody sees both a strategic fit and future earning pot. then it could get a bit silly...which is a nice position to be in.

to be fair the 'top man' has exchanged his £1m plus loan to the company for shares in the recent fundraise so you cant question the guys commitment (bringing him to 40%).

It's just that the Commercial Real Estate space is carnage - an area I understand they are seeking to exploit .

The fact the company have deferred payments from customers is no guarantee they will get paid further down the line either. Not sure they had too many other options.

The company needs to look forward and hope for a fair wind and a bit of luck along the way.

So far, well productivity is world-class, with each well exhibiting an initial productivity index (PI) in excess of 200 stb/d/psi. To provide context, the Saudi super-giant Ghawar field is reported to have had initial PIs of c. 140 stb/d/psi. The net effect is that the wells are accessing more volume with time, and have yet to reach a stable decline rate from which ultimate reservoir size can be estimated.
