Based on the volume over the last few days the large seller, imho, has to be Dyani, the consultants, I think they can only hold 30% of the company and the total of all the shares they will receive for achieving their mile stones would be in excess of 40% from my last calc, so I think they have no option to sell down in order to be eligible to get the rest. I appreciate it’s a very fag packet comment! check out the last agreement RNS and do your own calcs.
The other thing to bear in mind was the placing of almost 6m shares was at 34p, those buyers have just seen losses since their purchase, some will have cut their losses already but a lot of the others will simply be looking to get their money back which is why I think we topped out at 35p. IMHO when we break through that barrier we could motor on towards what, in our individual way, we perceive as true value.
Another thing to consider is that every sell is also a buy, When someone sells there has to be a buyer and vice vera, MM's are not in the business of holding shares, they are there to match buyers and sellers.
If half the shares traded over the past 3 days were Dyani selling down you will get an idea of where they are in the above calculation, again look at the last Dyani RNS to get the starting point. Again IMHO, based on my calculations they will stop selling when they no longer need to thus allowing for the new influx of shares they are about to receive.
One last thing based on every sell has a buy, does anyone really think that it's solely PI's who have been buying these up over the last few days. There are large holdings being built up somewhere imho.
