FCA will not have man power to looking at every company, if you raise a petition to FCA (many here and I will support), It might look. I am not good at writing, but I think if you do, you might just want to focus on one thing : timing of Boots deal announcement manipulated to accommodated share sale . others all seems legal.
not just hold, time to add at 116
again you added too earlier
I recommended your reply. if Root works for fine hair, which means customer base is even bigger. but Boots and Tesco stocking up has already priced in. now the share price is falling again.
to be clear, I don't encourage selling now, not because I am holding, and afraid price down by selling.Because there will be better price to get out. Unless you have 100% better certain opportunity elsewhere.
Excactly: 'He still has 4 million shares', that will benefit long term shareholder, for next time RNS, he will hesitate to do such a stunt again. the share price can be stable. You still believe in him, but he is not sure, yes, sale will increase but profit is a long long term promise consider faster growing administrative expense and consumers' passion cooling down in his home country now, he will rather prefer bag the money now rather than face future uncertainty. in addition, Roots is a time bomb, desperate hair lossing patients will take any sign as a hope, leave positive comments (in case you did not notice negative ones) , hope is a sweet disease, but time will heal it. Trichologist already said there is no such thing: shampoo or conditioner can grow hair. you believe in science or ordinary people's feeling? I bailed out at 150 but stupid enough get back in 144, because I read too much comments here. I got that hop disease myself. Again , be cautious with such company such leadership, my fellow PI.
She gave every one same reply, how easy , a copy and paste.arrogant.... But she is no expert in UK law. She is there because her IPO experience. The company created to do IPO for HC. If we run a petition to FCA about timing of boots deal announcement conincide with final result to aim HC dumping, they will pay real attention.
"Mumford highlighted the £24 million of cash sitting on the Foot Asylum balance sheet and the ‘quite good’ turnover of £95 million"
above reported at 7 September. But as far as I can remember, FOOT had £12m cash in year ended 25 February 2018 annual report. they are increasing capital expenditure this financial year, I would expect cash decrease, how and where did star manager Mumford get £24m figure, that is what I want to find out in interim report. £24m cash VS £30m MC
Although it will not reach 135 by EOD, but I do see a good short term opportunity: buy in today sell at tomorrow bounce here.only for trading not investing purpose.
agree, but I am not sure we can get it there. there will be few days of shaking out of PIs, before it starts to recover.
innovaderma@cardewgroup.com thanks, findahappyplace for correctly pointing out, I should pay more attention to coma.
email to innovaderma@cardewgroup.comwe all should do the same .
just, this will be big hit for SP
below are a article in Telegraph July this year.
It’s the holy grail of hair loss – a pill or potion that will restore thinning hair and reverse baldness. Which explains why an industry worth $1.5billion worldwide has sprung up, offering anxious men (and women) hair loss treatments from herbal remedies to shampoos and supplements
According to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), male pattern baldness affects 30pc of men under 30, and around 80pc of men over 70.
"The hair loss industry has a huge and captive audience and is only too willing to take your money," says hair loss expert Spencer Stevenson, who has spent over £40,000 on hair transplants and hair loss treatments in the last twenty years.
The hair loss industry is only too willing to take your money
"The majority of men lose their hair not through stress, or bad diet, or lack of sleep, but through the genetic trait of male pattern baldness which is hard to treat through shampoos or supplements alone. Women lose their hair for very different reasons, but the argument still stands that a lot of the hair loss products on the market are just offering false hope. That said, there are a few that really work."
So, which ones really do promote hair growth, according to the clinical evidence, and which are simply snake oil?
Minoxidil
This rejuvenates and increases the blood flow around shrunken hair follicles, causing them to increase in size and thicken. It also extends each follicle’s growth phase to encourage hair regrowth.
"This is the only FDA approved over-the-counter medication for hair loss," says Spencer. "It can be used by both men and women and its brand name is Rogaine.
"It’s a topical treatment that usually comes as a liquid or foam and you can get it in Boots the chemist or pharmacies."
Finasteride
"This is an oral, prescription-only medication with the brand name Propecia that’s also FDA approved to treat hair loss," says Spencer. Male pattern hair loss occurs when a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) prevents hair follicles from getting the nutrients they need. Finasteride works by blocking the production of DHT, which protects the follicles.
You might be able to get it prescribed on the NHS. "It’s available from GPs, although some won’t prescribe it and some have never even heard of it so you may have to find a private GP and pay for your prescription," says Spencer.
Hair-boosting shampoos
"Despite some of the claims, a shampoo or conditioner won’t be able to stop or slow hair loss, nor help with a receding hairline or thicken hair that’s becoming thinner," says trichologist Anabel Kingsley from The Philip Kingsley Trichology Clinic in London. "At best, a thickening shampoo will make hair temporarily thicker for a short period of time, but they certainly won’t help with hair loss or thinning."
if ROOTS works it will be the first of its kind. but for now, none seems relevant. PIs is fucked hard in this one
yes, yes, future is so bright, product is so good. but share price is collapsing. no one offer the explanation for that. still MM take the SP down to fill big order theory?
for half day, only four trades happened, what are they/we gonna do now?
that is me add some on, keep quote in different small amount in hoping get lower price, but just can not get it at 142, even though there was 140 price sold before them.
Yes, if he just live on the share of profit, that was only 35% of 400K, and I am not sure that he can take it out as dividend without distributing dividend for rest of us. or maybe through parents company? so he need the £1.5m to support his life style being a LSE listed company founder and director. can not blame him for that.
I just wonder about real deal volume, is it 1.41m or 705,000. that matters a bit.
