My only worry is the trading fundamentals' change. the current climate is not great in general, but with 6 m profit, 90 m sale and 12 m debt, MV is at 33m, which is pretty safe, I will sit back and relax. only pitty is that it make me missed Indv, and TCG play, because big spread of UPGS make it not not worth selling and buying back now.

The wages of ye June 2018 for Mr Kieran Callan is zero. if HC took 189k, his taking is about 150k I guess. wages might increase. The total comprehensive income for the ye June 2018 period is 397,633, we unfortunately can not ignore tax, Net cash in from operating activities is only 102,318. Normally you would expect Net cash in figure is higher than Comprehensive income, as latter normally contains amortisation/depereciation. I don't know why, but they need to fix this eventually, this is also the reason I focus on after tax profit to attempt to link to valuation of the company. the target sale need to be higher to boost share price above £1.5. more clarity is needed as well.

Volume drying out will increase the spread, it makes traders losing patients, although upside will resume, but without trading volume, it takes long time, so frequent traders starts selling out to grab opportunities elsewhere.

I don't like or trust a man like CEO HC, so for that reason, I don't believe IDP will be a great company. But I do believe IDP is still a revenue growing company. £ 2 for me is a overvalue, but it is also crazy calling short at 90p. Don't underestimate the conman, he still has 27%, he will get another chance to cash more of them, and it will not be at this price at all.

that Kieran never stayed in one place for more than 3 years, if he did make a company really successful growth, why not stay to enjoy the fruit. I thought Harris Chaudry is a conman, seems Kieran is not much better.

I hope you are right, now depends on market to give an entry point or not. I would not be happy to buy at 50 considering it was below 40 a week ago. what future it holds does not matter that much for now.
