On a more serious note, I'd also say that this arrangement if passed will be good for all involved apart from CMC's which is ok by me. But if not passed GJ does imply he's also looking at other options as a good CEO should. Plan B&C etc

Basically, this would be away to limit the potential damage clements can cause and makes sure Amigo isn't over exposed to the current claims. appointment as the company’s depositary. As such the Depositary
Interests held in Crest were due to terminate with effect from the 15th
December 2020. The shares will remain as a holding on your account until such
