Please copy and paste any ramping I've done as last night i was negative about potential SP for today.
If I've ever suggested a rise I've ALWAYS made it clear it was based on what if's as NONE of us know what is going on behind the closed doors. Do BOD want low SP does JB want low SP will JB win etc etc
My Average is 9.4 all sat in my ISA so I'm happy to sit on profits for now but I appreciate your concern

But, why would anyone sell right now ? I'd say the underlying issues re FCA,claims, debt etc are under control or board expect to get them under control(why else would the board be fighting for control of Amigo if not) but even if not under control yet we know JB will be buying 29% upto 20p if he gets in. If he doesn't get in the board must have a strategy so why sell for 12.5p

Purchase shares until one of points are reached and point a) Until Richmond group reach 29%
If it already had 6% it would automatically not need to buy 29%

Mark- Question for you please

If JB did buy now, let's say 6%. Would the order to the broker be able to purchase 23% and not 29% ?

The reason I ask if as garyn has mentioned he did make it clear he wanted to stay below 30%

I'm not saying he won't just pointing out he hasn't actually said he's buying now
