I think, if the boards plan was to keep it low to annoy IP's against JB it's backfired
I for one wasn't really too bothered who won as I thought GC would be ok without JB. However I voted JB as I know others have for the same reason. No action from BOD
However, what actual power we really have I don't know

To me their actions so far sort of feel like they know the outcome and have resigned themselves to it
Why would they do nothing positive if they wanted votes or have they been having chats behind closed doors with larger investors ?

The way I'm seeing is, the fact he got blindsided last time is the reason he MUST have something sorted or he'd look a complete fool and I don't think he'd risk that
