100% agree and that's why this board is the worst on LSE for agendas

However, I still can't understand why some uninvested spend sooooooo much time here, but if it helps them who and I to care?

The effort to keep a company going purley to eek out a few more wage slips just doesn't make sense to me.

Maybe the BoD don't give two beeps about share holders maybe they do I honestly don't know

But no matter what anyone says, they are sat are valuable assetts and yes they may have been greedy and in hindsight sold long ago but surely they'll want aproper pay out as much as those invested here do

You suggested someone should look up confirmation bias, the fact you assume they wouldn't know what it means suggests to me that you have the intelligence of a 6 year old, which after reading your posts would make sense

OK, I'm not a legal eagle or consider myself the brightest star in the sky so could someone please help me understand?

Rather than surmising about the WUP, out-of-court settlements or potential costs etc etc etc

What are the actual benefits for EUA to spend all this time fighting these challenges if they know that in a few months, they will run out of money (allegedly) or be swallowed up by Russian Oligarchs or be bankrupt by spring?

My take is, it's because they know it's worth it- maybe over-simplistic but it's the ONLY reason I can see. What their end goal is only they know but I'm hopeful it's what they've told us and it is the sale

If anyone can educate me about any other sensible reason (not to earn a big fat salary for another few months as that just doesn't wash) I'd be more than happy to learn
