AstraZeneca have all the data as have the regulators. The vaccine will be fine . It’s just some idiots who haven’t a clue about science at all never mind vaccines making statements that are completely unfounded. I will say I will be glad when the CEO has left AstraZeneca as he always gives out misinformation. As I’ve said before I’m sure he has bought shares through his wife’s dag before he’s made some of these statements. I have shares in GSK . AstraZeneca and Oxford biomedica.

All will do well it’s about sitting tight and waiting.

When did he say that. It’s no profit for the first year then after that the profits kick in . I will be adding Tuesday but will be glad when the CEO has left the company he’s always giving misinformation out, check his past statements to the media. As I’ve said before his wife’s dog is probably buying shares just before he makes these statements.

I’m holding my initial pot of shares as I expect at sometime in the future Oxford biomedica will be a takeover target. In regard to AstraZeneca read my post on AstraZeneca s board. Hope you all had a reasonable Christmas. Just found out my nephew has covid. :-(. Stay safe.

At this sp I’m adding. Although I expect the vaccine will be approved soon I would not take to much notice of what the CEO says as he has constantly in the past talked up or given not to clear information about the vaccine.

Having said that I expect a 10% movement north in the sp within a week of the announcement of a rollout of the vaccine which will in a way be ironic as the broader market in my view has not factored in the other positive news that AstraZeneca have announced over the last six months or so.

Yes agreed . Also as you will be aware another main driver is to get the battery weight down.

Forgot to mention in the ft last week there was a good interview with Martin Sorrell ex WPP founder ,who has set up SC4 Capital looks a very interesting company therefore I have bought a few shares.

GSK is as solid as a rock and is at a low but will rise at some stage

Just heard Oxford biomedica to start producing AstraZeneca jab good news.

Nope, that’s the thing with the digital edition most of the content is only available to subscribers.

Taking into account the other contracts that Oxford have and the new faculties now up and running I think they will be in profit way before the expected 3 years. Plus having a low amount of shares in issue I now think the sp is undervalued quite a bit.

I don’t have a subscription. Just get the weekend edition. What did it say ?

I think is a certainty the sp will be past £10 by the end of next week assuming the vaccine gets the go ahead.

I have AstraZeneca gsk and Oxford biomedica. I have added to Oxford biomedica as they will actually make money out of this as they will be paid £35 million by AstraZeneca to manufacture the vaccine. Plus they received an upfront payment of £15 million which they keep even if the vaccine were not to get the go ahead . So that’s £50 million on the vaccine being approved. Which it will. Then there may well be more orders if we need to have it annually.

Another slip. In my second last was meant to be the Financial Times. Not the rag that is the times newspaper. Only been buying the FT for about 3 months now absolutely brilliant paper weekend issue. Better than all the other broadsheets and of course the comics that sell themselves as newspapers.
