I was looking at NG to invest in the sp is not to bad and it pays a good div. Also a good defensive share . Soon as S4 capital shoots up again to 600 I will sell and buy NG. AstraZeneca is a long term hold for me. :-).

No stopping it now, on the up . I’m moving some of my shares and funds into more defensive stocks now before inflation hits . Personally don’t think interest rates will move much as I reckon the gov both here and overseas will let inflation take off a good bit to bring down the debit that government s have suffered due to covid .

Yes I had also noticed the £355 mil drop in profit due partly to the pandemic which would normally send the sp down, not up! Reason it has gone up is better div and new deal stateside .
I’m not in here yet but will be soon as it’s a very good defensive stock which I’m changing most of my shares into and some of my funds. For what’s about to hit the fan, :-)

At the moment it’s a very good share to buy and sell. But yes I would say it’s a good company to hold shares in as M.Sorrell is making his new company a world player digital advertising and it will get bigger. I’m now awaiting his next move with interest.

Gsk look to be doing well with trials with Curevac and and now with sanfoni, which in sanfonis case may be available by the years end.

Bought back in hopefully the USA market will be steady for a few weeks . Expectation of S4 announcement soon about a takeover or reverse. :-).

I will buy back after the USA market is steady . Still a bit volatile at the moment . Luckily I sold and parked my s4 money in 3i infrastructure for a bit as it’s a steady share.

Best to do nothing I think as it’s easy to think your getting a good price and then find the markets drops even more.

Sold a few Unilever this morning for a very small profit and bought here as it’s a steady share to have in a choppy market and will get the div. :-).

Scottish mortgage investment trust could be a good buy now that it’s dropped back a fair bit. :-)

It’s not really a good idea to ask anyone that as all have different ideas . I tend to use trustnet to read up on which funds to buy. My personal view for a good uk growth fund would be Liontrust uk growth . Also infrastructure funds as they tend to stay stable ( less risk) of a large fall in unstable markets. Another good area to buy funds is Asia. Stick with well known funds like FSSA, Stewart investors. Go on to bestinvest site and download thier spot the dog magazine which will give you an on-site. :-).
