I wonder if the sp is linked to the future costs for covid 19 that will occur due to R&D by the market. Good time to add I think.

Well that didn’t last long . Decided to take the profits and head for the hills. I think it’s now going to take a overall market drop for me to get back in lower. Money else were for now. See you soon I hope. ;-)

I have bought others and left at a loss. Think my broker makes more than me! I do seem to do ok here but with anything it’s a waiting game and not get to greedy. I have bought synairgen just before it went south by 10%. Still I think it’s a decent BET. As I say Oxford biomedica have more than just covid and that’s why they are a good long term bet, especially when the first dividend comes along.

The results should not of surprised anyone as it was more or less predicted in the last update.
What hasn’t happened and may well happen in September is that they may cut the div as they had said was being looked at .

I will have another look in September and may well buy then.

He’s at it again. He has been reported as having tried to buy any potential vaccine from curvac who incidentally GSK bought a 10% interest 20 July. Maybe that’s what the large buys were about in gsk after hours the other day.

GSK own 10% of curvac. Which they invested in about 2 weeks ago.

It may well drop even more tomorrow. The good news is that Oxford biomedica now have quite a few contracts that are not covid related which will hold them in good stead in the future . I’m hoping for sub 800 entry point , yet again. :-) .

Jim71, it’s easy hang in time and the scientists at synairgen will do their thing and the sp will go back up. I’d rather have something that keeps me alive than a test .no disrespect to ncyt.

Yep, I will be selling tomorrow I hope at a reasonable sp then add here at a good sp or put it into synairgen any thoughts.

Couldn’t of put it better myself. I’m topped up here, so will be adding to Unilever another very good defensive and inflation proof stock. Next 5 years at least are not going to be good for lots of people, I’m very lucky having retired.

So what did you find out from your research of the interferon beta data before synairgen shares started moving north on the rns.
