Such a shame really as he has lots of useful information to give but he can never admit when he is wrong and when answering somebody he always has to insult them. Very objectional fellow who is almost certainly doing more damage on this BB than good. He shuts discussion down and likes to dominate the BB which keeps the board hidden away because few post here. Visitors will undoubtably be put off and hence not buy into the PANR story.

Sittingbush when you are looking at the amount of money involved here, breaking contracts is a very costly business indeed. PANR were lucky to get what they did having left it as late as they did.

Looks like the weather in Deadhorse is looking quite good for the next 10 days, I still do not get why they pulled out so early.

Your right mindbender there is still loads to go with this SP and lots of money to come providing they prove it all up. But its only worth what people will pay for it and AIM is full of people who are keen to make their millions in a few weeks and are not prepared to wait, so off they go on the look for there next company to make a million with. That's why so many people lose a fortune on AIM. It would do the company no harm to look at moving up to the next level of the market the Footsie All Share I think. That's where you will find the institutions and the sort of money to make the SP rise considerably.

Mindbender it’s because the market does not yet believe that the oil is a commercial find. This summers drill if successful will help prove that the oil can be extracted commercially and then next winter we will need to drill with a horizontal well and fracked in the LBFF and show good flow rates. Then people will believe what we have. Until then collect shares whilst you can! All my opinion of course.

Mindbender its more disappointment then negativity on my part. Yes we know more, but it should have been so much more. If we want to get top dollar from some big company the more technical information the better. SMD and UBBF should have been tested and were on the list of objectives, they weren't and therefore no company is going to include them in any calculations. Wire line logging not completed at TW and yes other testing may help mitigate that but it would have been better to have both sets of data. Data is the key to selling up and we did not get as much as we should. have. I suspect the market is looking at the company and realising that we have at least another winter campaign ahead of us before a sale may be possible.

Agreed Cbaron quite a lot of their stated objectives where not met including failing to wire line log TW which although they stated did not matter, from everything I have read it is a very important for information gathering. Makes me wonder if the lateness of setting contracts meant we were left with the not so good crews for various bits of kit. Plus not having enough kit for both sites at the same time. Those are my thoughts anyhow.

You are right Villa it should never of happened that's why you have highly paid supervisors and operations managers. This was not one persons fault. Unfortunately I do not think we did enough this winter for a major to come in and spend many billions on us. If you take the fact we have not flowed the SMD yet, neither the UBFF then no company is going to give you money for those zones as they are unproven. I am a long term holder and don't trade on a day to day basis so us heading down does not really matter at the moment, as I will buy some more when I think it hits the bottom which may be a way more yet. I hope on the webinar they answer some questions because there are a lot that should be asked as too what did not happen this winter.

This for me has been a disappointing winter campaign. Have we gained important additional information, sure we have, but then having spent the money we have that had better be the case. Achievements: Flowed the lower BFF at Talitha, Successfully and safely dug the well at TW (after several mishaps)and manged partial flow rates from the Lower BFF. Did not achieve: Did not get a flow test completed Talitha for the SMD, did not get wire line data from TW. Only managed a partial flow from the Lower BFF, did not test the Upper BFF at all.

So lots of objectives not met and we will have to wait and see what the data we did collect tells us. We have undoubtably have moved forward but nowhere near as forward as we should have been. That's my opinion at any rate.

Clintek no need to worry about me I got out last year leaving a small amount to catch any rise this year and I sold out two weeks ago. Good luck to you if you believe you are going to make money out of this share as its quite honestly a dog that has relied upon uneducated US investors for the last 2 years.

Clintek seriously you need to give your head a shake. I experienced the highs and lows of 88e for 7 years and know what its like to fall in love with a share but you have to be rational now. What is going to drive this share forward now, Texas will pay the bloated salaries, maybe. 16Bn shares out there so I would be amazed if they do not do a share consolidation this year so as to make it look better to new PI, you will lose at least 20% on that move. There will have to be another cash raise if the company is going to do anything next winter that will be another 20% loss. The only thing giving any hope for the future is the PANR discovery north of Icewine. I will lay a huge bet that is where the company goes next. In the mean time this is going well below .5 you need to be realistic with yourself.

Totally with you Marmaris if they pull out early before the Tundra closes and without testing the UBFF or going back and sorting the SMD I will be very unhappy, they have the money so crack on and get as much data as they can.

Now you all know why the last MD Dave Wall sold so moany of his shares. He had all the data from last years well (how convenient they did not have time to do a flow test), if what you saw was really good you would not have sold up would you. Oh well I guess the company has a small producing well which will be enough to keep paying the salaries. Bets on back to Icewine again next year?

Iceberg as part of showing deliverability a flow test is a key parameter. This was not about maximising flow rates we all know that you are going to only get limited flow rates from a vertical well, however in the first instance it gives companies a very good idea of what would be achievable from a horizontal well. It also goes a long way to proving commerciality. They have not managed to get full flow rates yet from Theta West in either LBFF or UBFF plus they did not manage to get Wire Line Log readings. Yes they managed to get log readings whilst drilling and they hopefully got the reading from (can't remember the name of the firm now) however, add all that lot together and I would not consider this a major success whatever the company says. Does it move us forward, yes undoubtably, as forward as we should be no way. There is still time but I did not get positive vibes that they are going to push hard to get this all done. SMD lack of testing is another failure and lets not forget SMD was the original biggie!

Not a very successful winter campaign. It came across as rushed and unfocused which may be because of the late funding decisions. Did we miss out on equipment for both sites because we were late setting contracts? Who knows but we only seem to have achieved one of the set objectives which is flow testing the LBFF at Talitha. The SMD has not been completed which last year was the main priority. Then at Theta West we have yet to complete the testing of the LBFF nor have we started testing the UBFF. There is still time so I hope they crack on and get a least one of two more objectives completed. If they call it a day before the closure of the tundra I shall want to know why. We have spent a lot of money in the last few months and although we might have more data to look at to me it does not feel like we have moved forward much. I suspect that a lot of the market feels the same as there is quite a big sell off going on. The Cannacord note just about summed it up in that they did not feel they were able to move their Speculative Buy to Buy which is really disappointing but they obviously feel the company has not yet moved forward enough. We needed to be able to prove at the end of this campaign that we had a commercial find and too me we have not achieved that YET.

Does make you wonder how come nobody was watching the weather forecast. Why would you push ahead when you know there is a bloody great storm coming down the line.

I am sure they have a good laugh at us total amateurs and our thoughts. That's not to say these people don't make mistakes because they do. There are many CEO's out there who have no idea how AIM works and by that I mean the punters who buy and sell on it. It's the wild west compared to the Footsie 100. It may well be time for this company to look to move up and out of AIM.

Agreed Marmaris there is a chance that having left those frac fluids in place for a couple of days that it might be bunged up. Give it a good go and then move on and give the UBFF a go. There is still plenty of time so I will be extremely disappointed if they bug out early and I will want to know why.

Mindbender people are trying to work out why the rise is risible and there are quite a few reasons for it. The company rightly pointed out that to declare the field commercial that long term flow testing would be required. That in itself is enough to give pause to those who are in for the quick buck. Throw in it read like they are about to call it a day for the winter programme and all those short termers are off to try and make money elsewhere. Had they managed to achieve a really good flow rate ie above 100BOPD then sentiment would be better. However, to many 50BOPD does not sound much, especially when people like Telemachus thought we would get over 100BOPD.

Blingy as i stated below this has been a bit of a disappointing campaign for me. Markets today only seem to react to fully positive news and gushers. Its not helped by people having to guess at what flow rates the company was looking for therefore we had the whole gambit up to 400 BOPD. So when they come in with 50 odd people are disappointed, to me we have not yet proved up flow rates which is why to me it is critical that they stick around and get proper flow rates when the frack fluid has been recovered. They also need to get to that UBFF. To the market they have not yet proved this is a commercial find. So far we have the frack fluid not fully recovered stopping decent flow rates and blockages stopping the test of the SMD and no test of the Upper BFF. They need to get their finger out and sort this if we are going to see a decent rise. They need to be able to prove without doubt that this is a commercial find before the market gives them what we all want.
