What a stunning RNS, well done the team a mile long horizontal drilled and cased successfully. Also great news that they have obtained great and detailed data which will be very important for the future. A proper listing in the US should also bring a good boost to the Company. Now onto fracking and the all important flow test. So far excellent news all round.

Pander the company is using 150 bopd from every 1000ft of horizontal well. Current well being drilled, will be somewhere in the region of 4000ft but once proved it works then future wells will be in the 8000ft/10000ft range. Then they are talking about hundreds/thousands of wells. All that's before we start talking about Theta West and what the company found there which actually is much much larger than what we are currently dealing with.

Those 10000 shares being sold by Farallon are if nothing else as regular as clockwork. Very frustrating seeing them do this at a time when the SP should be climbing strongly.

Amazing when you think this is the small oil patch compared to the elephant still waiting to west. It’s going to take some serious money to buy us out and will probably require more than one company. As all the energy companies are swimming in money at the moment if we prove commerciality with this drill I would expect offers early next year.

Great interview with both of them looking extremely happy and very upbeat. Most importantly porosity is better then they thought which will help with the flow test. Thoroughly recommend the couple of minutes it takes to watch the interview as it will make you way more confident that all is looking really good.

Farallon are selling hard into todays rise, shame really as if they could contain themselves we would be much higher. The sooner they are out the better I have had enough of them.

I hope Peel Hunt are burning hell after what they did to the SP.

Usually I would never buy first thing but managed to get another nice haul that is already nicely in profit. Regardless what happens to the SP today this is a fantastic result for those prepared to stick around. The amount of oil they have found in a place next to the road and the pipeline is staggering. The majors will be looking hard at this because the longer they wait the more oil is found and the more it’s going to cost them which will already be an enormous amount.

Alkaid #2 Well - Target Vertical Depth Reached

· The Alkaid #2 pilot hole has now reached a total vertical depth of 8,584 feet ('ft'), with a measured depth of 8,950 ft, having encountered multiple oil bearing reservoirs in all three targeted formations in the well: (i) the Shelf Margin Deltaic, (ii) the Alkaid Anomaly, and (iii) the deeper, untested extension of the Alkaid Anomaly ("Alkaid Deep").

· Initial analysis indicates significant improvements in reservoir quality which could potentially lead to a material upgrade of the current resource for all targeted horizons.

· Analysis of data received to date confirms the Company's ability to accurately predict the presence of light oil bearing reservoirs using 3D seismic data, geological and geophysical capabilities, further enhancing confidence in development planning and expected outcomes.

· All reservoirs were encountered on prognosis at predicted depths with reservoir quality exceeding pre-drill expectations.

· Alkaid #2 confirms more than 1,400 ft of gross continuous oil bearing strata throughout the section drilled below the regional top seal at 7,165 ft down to at least the 8,584 ft total vertical depth. Under instruction from the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC), drilling was stopped at 8,584 ft, despite not having reached the bottom of the Alkaid Deep section, to allow a sufficient margin to avoid contact with the high pressure HRZ zone and possible fault.



Shelf Margin Deltaic

Analysis confirms:

· The northern extension of the Shelf Margin Deltaic ("SMD") horizon from Talitha in the south to northeast, across the Dalton Highway east of Alkaid #2.

· Net 272 ft oil bearing reservoir encountered which was thicker and of better reservoir quality than pre-drill estimates.

Alkaid Anomaly

Analysis confirms:

· Net 155 ft oil bearing reservoir encountered which confirms that the zone extends over the four mile distance between the Alkaid #1 and Alkaid #2 wells.

· Exceeded pre-drill expectation of reservoir thickness and quality.

· Detailed analysis of cuttings and sidewall cores is currently underway to help optimise the completion of the well and long term testing operations.

Alkaid Deep

· Drilled 300 ft deeper than Alkaid #1, all of which was oil bearing reservoir. Pantheon estimates the potential for an additional +/- 200 ft of oil bearing section below total depth ("TD").

· Reservoir quality encountered was better than prognosis.

· FMI analysis is currently underway which, once complete, will determine the net reservoir thickness.

Ongoing Analysis

· Sidewall coring has been completed throughout the oil bearing section and analysis is underway.

· Comprehensive Volatiles Analysis ("VAS") has commenced following the collection of sealed well samples every 10 ft throughout the entire target interval from 7,100 ft measured depth to total depth of c.8,950 ft.

The Company is now preparing to move up the wellbore

And we have still not managed to get to the bottom of the oil field, unbelievable.

Good grief what an RNS if that does not get the SP moving then I don’t know what will. If it does not then I am buying a whole bunch more. Long term this is going to be massive. Well done everybody who has held on during the recent fall. Well done the company.

Beesty69 if shorters are getting out of their short they need to buy not sell.

We need to be careful here 1.6 billion barrels of oil in place does not mean that they will be able to extract that amount. If you plan around getting 20% out of the ground you will be close to right. Its still a lot of oil and should be the making of the company. Once the company gets production up 5000 barrels a day this share will really take off. Going to take some patience. Dragon Oil of old was producing 7500 barrels a day and sold for £8.5 a share unfortunately I cannot remember how many shares were in circulation.

Blingybird they are heading down deeper than Alkaid 1 and when they reach TD they will run wire logs from the bottom to the top. Once they have the results it should give them a good idea of the best location of where to start the horizontal which will then be drilled out for 4000m I believe and then fracked with hopefully a flow test conducted over 4 months or so. We should get an RNS on TD in the next week or so, then another RNS on the wireline results. Then I guess we wait for the horizontal to be completed and the fracking to be done. Plenty of news to come and lets keep our fingers crossed its good news.

Without a doubt somebody is offloading hard. That's the problem when you give these types of companies shares for money, they are unfortunately an evil necessity. They have made an extraordinary amount of money on this deal so far and now seem intent on dumping the rest with little regard for the SP or shareholders. Just when we should be climbing hard we are being held back, typical!

Due to spud on the 15th of this month. The rig has started its move and is being moved in pieces as its much bigger than the other rigs we have used. The company is doing well in keeping us up to date on twitter and it should be interesting to watch the rig go up. Farallon are currently spoiling the game as they sell off to recover their loan, but that's pretty normal on Aim, companies always owe somebody something which results in sell offs. Just frustrating at the moment as it has dragged us back. Great time to buy in or top up before we hopefully hit the motherload. No mistakes or ****ups this time around please as you cannot blame the weather (mozzies I suppose).
