as nothing has actually changed other than massive dilution to shareholders. the recent sp increase is a positive but until a solid rns arrives i would treat these last few days as nothing more than a tiny positive. i have been involved in prem for many years and could have made some decent money but believed the hype and seen the demise to where we are now. even with the recent up turn i’m still 87% down. gr is incapable of turning this around and is the biggest conman in history. wait for the the next stockbox interview no doubt it will be similar to the last 20 promising everything and delivering **** all. one thing guaranteed is placings be warned

I’m the same my holding is now worth £860 it was one time worth £68k I struggle to get over it. But I wouldn’t invest another penny in PREM because it is just a scam GR is using it to fund a lifestyle he now has no where to go

Haven’t been on here in some time and don’t recognise some of the posters where has Acker gone? Does anyone know when the test run of the plant is due with the new reagent and new float cells?

I definitely will be voting no as GR is just a conman and that’s not being bitter that is my honest opinion. If we vote no I see it as a positive as he has to try the JV route which is what we need we need someone to get this over the line. GR cannot it will always be another piece of equipment but the truth is he is just a conman DONT be fooled. DONT listen to Acker

I urge some of you to take what acker says with caution nothing personal but he knows as much as you and I. He does not know what the sp will do as he would be long gone and sold at 1p like all of us shoo have done but that’s in the past. I see his angle for trading but unless you bought in at yesterday’s low then the opportunity is gone for now. I do feel it may return should GR gone down the route of more dilution to pay the $400k for the new float equipment and more to cover debt and future costs. I for one will vote against this as it means GR is still just rinsing us LTHs. To get Canmax in a JV would be the ideal partner I know this would come at a cost but would feel confident in getting a proper partner in. I think the market would look more favourable on prem should this happen

I’ll keep saying it sell a piece of Zulu to Canmax and let them have more say and bring in more of there people or this is done. Enprotec will have not get this producing and nor will GR he is incompetent and that’s proven. Here we are still waiting

I do hope when GR goes for funding he brings another company in. I know it means giving part of Zulu away but I don’t trust we will get there without another competent party. If only he would put the stark plant through its paces using this one cell strategy then we wouldn’t have lost all the value GR and GR alone is responsible for where we are

You seem very pro GR lately. Now your banging the drum more cash is needed obviously again at the cost of the shareholders. Another day passing without and news update. Surely the priority is to export what saleable product we have and stem the monthly cash burn. GR should forego any salary if he isn’t doing so already. Take Steve (Biztech) up on his offer sign an NDA and get the costing reviewed again to save money. But the next time voting comes around I would NOT be backing GR and would urge others to do the same. He is not competent to get us out of this mess and it’s one big mess.

I have never posted on here before I have bought the lows and some highs and like 99% of us wish i sold at 1p. I honestly don’t think we will ever see 1p again. This is due too much dilution and GR’s incompetence. But for those of you that listen to Acker I would urge you to think about what is best for you as an individual. I found myself thinking he talked a lot of sense and on some subjects relating to Prem/Zulu he does. But if you feel GR is just rinsing shareholders then you have the option to follow Steve (Biztech) it might come to nothing but if all else it does is send a message to GR then it is worth it. GR is not the friend of the shareholder he has and can do in the future make money from the sp as he is the only person that really knows how bad it is and the actual future of the project. Snowking and Acker know no more than you or I. For what it is worth I think Snowking is a lucky punter the same as I was when I bought at 0.04 but then I also bought at 0.7. Prem is run by a liar, who has no experience in DELIVERING a plant. Mark my words this is going to get worse before it gets better. The only crumb of optimism I have is that the ore in the ground.
