Gents and ladies give your heads a shake whether someone is right or wrong regarding share price is not really important. What should be shared on here is valued opinions and information. I accept there are people on this forum making out they know something or information to maybe financially gain from the sp. These people hopefully you should know and disregard their opinion. If you do hold share (like I do) you are probably holding them as the point of selling has little up side due to be hammered by the past and that’s GRs doing.

We move on and are really at the mercy of Canmax. As we all know we have a plant that is NOT capable of proving production in its current status. If GH can sort that somehow and sell that to Canmax then our fortunes could change. But as it has been with Prem for its entire history its could/should and maybes. We will have to see what the next two months bring. My gut feeling tells me LTHs will not be rewarded. Sad but GR has killed all sentiment

I think today’s RNS is positive and shows things are moving forward. I have to agree with Acker that figures not just on production but costs going forward need to be published to drive up the share price further. I can see the SP ending up 10% up by close. We all know dilution is coming it’s critical we complete a production run and ship without problems

100% the next RNS will be negative. Another float circuit required the can kicked another 2-4 months down the road the plant will never work consistently and produce at grade. Run by incompetent fraudsters. LTHs will be left with worthless shares

For those of you reading the latest RNS. This will bomb there is only bad news coming. I’ve been here long enough to know that when GR will follow this up in a weeks time. Next RNS will be the plant needs major changes and a cost. To you guessed it US. It’s rinse and repeat. The man should be jailed

Unless an RNS is released stating nameplate or at least a figure of what the plant can achieve consistently and for a month then nothing will change much in the short term.

How I see things unfolding.

The plant isn’t doing what the OEMs thought and isn’t producing SC6 but we know the problem but will need a piece of equipment to solve the issue.

Next will come a massive raise to pay for equipment and to service the debt.

It will get kicked maybe 3-6 months down the line and the sp will be worthless

Premier African Minerals is a joke. Come on be honest. I would love to be proved wrong but who are we kidding. They posted pictures and videos of civils getting done on twitter but then nothing of a plant running or the new inserts in use. Prem has no credibility and I see nothing positive coming for us long suffering shareholders. GR is a conman and he will walk away with something I’m sure but I truly believe we as shareholders will not get anything back having been fed lie after lie. And for those questioning the stock box interviews I called Mark out in the past and questioned how he could visit the site and see the so called bags of sc6 and being produced and to not question the frequency of the bags etc and the running of the plant. I got berated it was on you tube by the way.

I hope the future is good for all shareholders of Prem but just cannot see how we get out of this with the SP being decent and a chance of a win on investment.

I hope I am proven wrong but got the same feel as two years ago no twitter videos actually showing spodumene production and no RNS to state anything positive. Gut feeling plant still is producing anything and sp will drop and more shareholders will cop for the next excuse to try and fix the joke that is prems pilot plant. GR take a bow

For those ramping this and saying SP at an all time low. Educate yourselves as to why. This cannot get back to anywhere near 1p due to the debt and the multiple share dilution. Caused by incompetence of the highest order.

If name plate production is achieved I do feel the SP will increase but have to agree when this does happen it will be quickly followed by placings to service the debt.

Either way it will be a very difficult situation for LTH to get any of their losses back. I for one I except this and I haven’t bought more due to the past failings under GRs stewardship. If this Mr Hill actually does deliver then great but until we see something to support this nothing has changed. We have seen plenty of equipment turn up in the past 2 years and none has made any difference. In the last RNS hey didn’t seem confident these inserts will 100% cure the situation so I don’t see the rainbow just yet

No just my view on things. I have been invested in prem for many years and I’m approx 90% down.

This will either go under or there will be a positive outcome whether it can be enough for us LTH to recover our losses I doubt due to how much it has come back.

Let’s be perfectly honest no one with any real experience and knowledge of mining should have let the construction of a pilot plant go so badly and to the cost it has. I’m sure who glencore or pilbara use to do these sorts of things wouldn’t have let things get to this. And the funding in between the plant failings have been embarrassing to say the least. If anyone can give me any definite dates of when the Ascot al float circuit will be on site and test run I would be thankful.

Something doesn’t make sense with how GR has approached the float circuit issue. He hasn’t gone into any specifics like he has done with previous machinery deliveries and start ups. There hasn’t been specific dates confirmed something doesn’t smell right to me

Amazing how we have been shut down for nearly 2 years racked up loads of debt somehow when the plant was mothballed. We now need to raise to pay more invoices and to complete the float section required. Don’t be fooled let’s know what invoices are owed to which contractors and for why

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The placing will will involve a cash settlement for GR I’m certain of that he leaves with a golden hand shake and prem will getting taken over by Canmax . you clearly haven’t been invested in prem very long. just a reminder that gr stated in his own words we are producing sc6 for zulu in a stock box interview when stock box were on site over two years ago. we still haven’t produced anything saleable. reagent, new mill, float section it’s all bull **** . prem is a joke
