UKOG may have now reached their 50K production figure and good for them but the interesting thing for me, bearing in mind there is obvious communication between Sanderson and Lucan, is the fact they are now about to do the Kimmeridge production test, something IMO they wouldn't do if Angus had quietly informed them they had a major problem as they would have concentrated their efforts on the Portland instead.
Someone is playing games but now I'm getting the feeling there is a huge buyer out there and as the MM's make their money between sell and buy price, instead of assuming there is a seller causing the sp's continuous fall, all they are doing is obliging the buyer and filling their coffers at the expense of the weak and disgruntled.
Going to be interesting to see how the price reacts to any positive news as the proof in the pudding will be no reaction which will result in a TR1 sooner or later.

Not sure mate as this has been one long treadmill and over time things can get confused.
Needless to say, even the most patient of investors reach a point when enough is enough and given the choice of quietly folding and selling up at a loss or roaring like a lion and trying to do something about the circumstances they are now in not of their making is a prerogative each and everyone here is entitled to.
Society is teaching all that when the chips are down, one is not alone when standing up for what is right and will not be considered foolish.

You wanted suggestions so here are a couple.

Para 1 (1) should follow on - A failure to act in the interests of shareholders will result in a call for an immediate EGM with the purpose of voting out the CEO.

Para 1 (3) Please supply evidence the Aim Gov ability to repay the outstanding £6m instead of stating it's their intention to honour this debt, and failing payment, what is in place with regard to their 51% holding, and are Court papers prepared in the event of non payment clearly giving a time limit for them to pay up.

Para 2 (1) Under no circumstance should the Company consider taking out any form of loan or finance package to pay for staff until surplus assets are disposed of making sure it is subject to shareholder approval.

As a side note, as some here fear Roach will wind up the Company only to do a deal somewhere, the best thing is to make sure he isn't in a position as long as there is something to sell for the advancement of Zulu which means his immediate removal and I mean immediate.

Re your last post, what would happen if one of the partners sold out or would their obligation pass to the new owner eg us if we took their % ??

It won't half upset a few and raise some eyebrows if both Alba and Doriemus announce they want to get out of the deal with Angus concerning Brockham with some trumped up excuse.
Got a feeling the promised copious amounts of oil DL reckoned would flow will now take longer than first anticipated which bu66ers up their plans elsewhere and the last thing they wanted was to spend out only to find themselves short for their other projects, DL in Auz and Alba in the frozen wastelands of Greenland plus mining in Wales.
Could be a golden moment for LL if he's up to playing hardball unless Ukog's SS comes to the rescue although the amount we are holding already gives us a certain amount of cushion.

45 x 7 = £315000 p.w.
x 48 (allowing for down time etc is £15,120,000 p.a
On forward earnings of 15 the grand total would be £226m

I think that in essence they plugged the zone where the water was ingressing successfully and where the WATER IS is where there was a 200psi greater difference, now this pressure (water) has been isolated and the pressure is now stable in the oil zone/s.
Remember, a pressure gauge was visible on the xmas tree.

It wouldn't matter if the terms were opposite to whats been announced as even getting 50 shiny new shares for every 1 held will end up as a loss for the shareholder given the current SP.
And who in their right mind would want to give the Company any more money when they can't even keep their word as to communications with shareholders who are given more information via non employed personnel.
Makes me laugh when we are told we can share in the profits but notice it's limited to only 2% of the whole.

The placing at 4.25 looks as though the market has decided to reduce the sp by around 9% to 3.9 to cater for the additional 70m shares.
Should all change when the BOD take note they are p1ss1ng a lot of folks off with no confirmation as to the state of play now we know the rig has been removed from site.

Secondly, a lot would depend on the OWC as if the plugs are above this point then only the oil will enter the perforations as the oil is on top of the water.
