IMHO, JS should not take advantage and put pressure on by giving an update for the upcoming drill timetable.
Failing to do this will eat away at his credibility as the CEO as all here expect the more pressure exerted on GSPC, the better the chance of them defaulting with their share of OPEX costs going forward.
Makes one wonder how long it will be before we get re the above, but wouldn't be surprised if it falls within the next 10 trading days.

Aim is to trade small and bring it down to .35 just to have a cushion.

We see the weak are running BUT if one is following the trades as they go through, there are some very nice buys appearing.
One only has to ask just why are some loading up and it should be blatantly clear these peeps are getting in at a price they deem 'very low/cheap' and are looking for considerable returns on the backs of those who it seems, don't have the same convictions.
The other thing to note is these buyers are not swayed just because the sp dips and act in an opposite direction and accumulate even more which actually underpins the price as there are consequently fewer shares available in free float.
True, it's up to anyone to act as they wish, but there is a golden rule out there which advises one to 'follow the money'.
For now, it's just keeping an eye on the market and to see if there is evidence to suggest whether these large buys are correct in their assumptions or whether they are about to catch a cold.

Well, at least we know the MM's should be fully loaded now so the chance of another dramatic drop has reduced imo somewhat.
When peeps sit down and reassess the implications of the latest news, fundamentally the basics of the Company have improved with the off-chance GSPC could drop the baby, miss a payment with Oilex cleaning up.
Traders will be in and out like a mouse that's found some cheese but with the number of shares floating around, their impact should be minimal.
All to play for and now just waiting for a drill plan to be announced and it's blue skies.

Don't know about you but I would like JS to put pressure on them by bringing any proposed drill forward so that unless they pay their way during arbitration, they would have cut their nuts off...

Look on the bright side. We have just been given £3m which can be used for our share of reduced costs in the future.
And, we STILL OWN 45% of Cambay.
Bottom drawer for now till the new year.

With yesterday's sickening fall, I decided to keep £3k on hand just in case the buggers try it again later. Core holding of 3m still in situ and will remain so.
Small loss on the sale if the sp goes up but compensated by getting more shares if it drops.
Just a tactical move in trying to deal with the volatility.

Lets suppose they set up these 2 hypothetical companies so who would pay their 55% ongoing costs ie, the company in debt couldn't as no-one will lend them any money and the other one will find it hard to launch knowing there is a debt of 7million plus opex.

I tend to agree with you and as such now hold just over 3m shares.
When one looks at the reserve and contingent figures, those being (r) 93BCF & 3.6m condensate and (c) 417BCF & 27.4 condensate (note both are 2P) attributable to OEX, the M/C is laughable.
As it looks like we are about to get 100% of Cambay, these figures go up by 120% or thereabouts and will definitely underpin any SP under 1p.
What it even more important is that JS (latest VOX interview) stated that a new drill is already earmarked for 2019 and in my opinion will occur Q1 or at the latest Q2.
The above doesn't even take into account our 40% interest in Bhandut or the fact that both have been given a 10 year extension for operations.
All in all, where this will be in a couple of months is anyones guess but for me, the positives sincerely outweigh the negatives.

Don't forget there is a time difference of 5 hours between us and Gujarat which means the Courts would have closed by 6p.m. local time which is only 1p.m. over here.
Can expect an intra-day RNS tomorrow anywhere past this time.
p.s. I wonder if the holidays their having already means this is a done deal...
