I do not think that russel holds any shares any more. Shortly after he stepped down, I noticed a trade go through that exactly matched the number he held. He did not have to disclose as he is no longer a director. To much of a coincidence in the timing and number of shares for it not to be him.

A little bit of buying has brought the bid back up to 4.75p I see. The company is supposed to be putting out a trading update soon, with better numbers, based on feedback from the investor evening. Could be a little tree shake for any weak hands on a friday with the possibility of an update next week.

nope, whichever market maker was sat at 5p probably got his required amount and has moved off and positioned below the next market maker. Leaving the one at 4.5p as the highest bid. Illiquid stock, low volume, lack of demand will all play their part in the drop today.

That trade of 375k shares that went through at the bid, did not affect the share price to the downside at all, so there looks like an order in to mop up a few at these prices as well.

yesterday, was the last day of the lock in agreement for artemis trustees. They administer two trusts, as I am sure you already know, which hold just over 10% of the issued shares. The former ceo, demetri is interested in some of these shares.

The lock in arrangements, as we know, end on the 1st april. The combined holding of both trusts is 17,523,000 shares. At today's prices this is worth £876,150. It would be easier to find a buyer for the whole lot at this price, if they do decide to sell.

we should be getting a trading update mid april, with better numbers. The company has submitted a recovery plan to the kenyan govt, with regards to kilimpaesa, which takes into consideration local equity participation and is talking to potential JV partners. Looks like that line of stock of 150k shares has been exhausted at 5.25, as I get quoted 5.38p to buy now. I would say someone had a sell order in at 5.25p to ensure their order got filled. Maybe for end of uk tax year.

prices are weak this morning. A drop first thing and now I can get 150k shares at the bid of 5.25p. I would expect to see this drop to 5.0/5.25p soon.

I doubt we'll see much volume over the next couple of weeks, as we head towards the end of the uk tax year. With the actual prices today of 5.5p to sell and 5.6p to buy, there is a good chance of a further drop on the back of any selling, down to the 5.0/5.25p range. The expected trading update, mid april should lift the price out of the gutter.

Another saving is the fact that russel lammings consultancy agreement ended two days ago. Six months of unnecessary expense over.

I was of the impression that he had dumped his shares in one hit back then and as he is no longer a director, was not required to notify anyone. I noticed on the presentation that the number of shareholders above 3% as at 7th march 2014 is only three. What has happened to artemis trustees for the perseus settlement, which were supposed to be holding shares at least until april 1st as per the lock in agreement. These were where demetri had his interest. Is it a mistake or have they reduced from 4.76% to below 3% and no rns.
