RE: Main market listing, blimey24 May 2018 09:10
I wouldn't get too excited - there are plenty of stocks on the standard segment, which have low market caps.
The ongoing obligations of listing on the standard segment are less onerous than listing on aim.
They will have to issue a prospectus, however, no requirments for nomad or listing document.
shareholder consent is not required on a standard listing for significant transactions, such as an RTO.
It costs more to list on the main market, however, they are likely to have a better chance of obtaining funding, as it has a deeper pool of liquidity.
This has been delayed indefinitely now and should be put to the back burner. Getting a prospectus uptogether, will take time - I would be thinking months, not weeks.
