from the february update.. The Company confirms that to date it has successfully installed seven electrical submersible pumps. While this has resulted in an uplift in production, it has also reduced production downtime that had been observed as a recurrent problem with the previous generation ESPs. Zenith is awaiting arrival of the remaining six ESPs to complete the ESP programme. As announced previously, difficulties have been encountered in the procurement of new electrical submersible pumps from suppliers. In order to resolve these difficulties, the Company has signed a procurement contract with a third supplier, Novomet, a leading international supplier of ESP technology. It is expected that all 13 ESPs will be installed by the end of May, 2018. Zenith is continuously monitoring production and it is likely that the number of wells included in the ESP upgrade programme will be increased further. .................

May 18th Update.... The Company confirms that its A-80 workover rig has left the Z-21 well location to resume field rehabilitation activities in the Muradkhanli and Jafarli fields. These operations include electrical submersible pump maintenance work and the installation of a new electrical submersible pump. Following this installation, the total number of new electrical submersible pumps installed in the Muradkhanli and Jafarli fields will be 12. Zenith's field team is routinely monitoring production and it is expected that the number of wells included in the upgrade programme will be increased further. .................. So, they expected to have 13 installed by end of this month. It looks as though they have done 12. Almost on target then.

not quite sure why the admin at lse, seem to think it appropriate to remove, genuine, searching and in depth discussion and analysis surrounding aspects of this investment case, whether it be positive or negative, yet they never, ever seem to filter the endless ramping and insulting posts that I see on these boards daily.

couldn't agree more will/shocker - I have routinely booked profits on AIM stocks, as they have a habit of spiking then falling back. There are plenty stuck in this stock and they are all trying to bolster each others confirmation bias, however, if this actually relists in the given timeframe, goldbloc had better have delivered some numbers, finland had better have delivered some gold and unless the expected dilution on relisting due to a cash raise that will no doubt accompany the listing is small, then this will tank in monumental fashion the day the suspension is lifted. Still, I am sure pineapple will spin some BS out of it. The expression "no one ever went broke, taking a profit" fits neatly.

they won't have done much - as they were planning to list on aim, they will have needed to get a nomad on board and prepare an aim listing document. They now need to start again and prepare a prospectus that complies with different regulations. Whilst some would be a copy and paste, they will need to engage advisors that can assist with this. I suspect that they hadn't even started on the aim documents and listing process.

I wouldn't get too excited - there are plenty of stocks on the standard segment, which have low market caps. The ongoing obligations of listing on the standard segment are less onerous than listing on aim. They will have to issue a prospectus, however, no requirments for nomad or listing document. shareholder consent is not required on a standard listing for significant transactions, such as an RTO. It costs more to list on the main market, however, they are likely to have a better chance of obtaining funding, as it has a deeper pool of liquidity. This has been delayed indefinitely now and should be put to the back burner. Getting a prospectus uptogether, will take time - I would be thinking months, not weeks.

yep, the stock went to 12.5p on news of that blowout, which shows what we should be expecting once it is up and running. When we get stabilised flow rates, we will be able to calculate the impact and then we should also see some expectation in the share price, instead of the current doom and gloom.

Z21 flowed on its own, as we know. Once they have completed the work, this should produce at a good rate. If it doesn't, then they have managed to f**k up in monumental style, their credibility will be finished and the stock, will be reduced to a lower level, where it will stay, no matter what they say, until a success is delivered. The market is already pricing it for failure, as it is at all time lows.

Whilst banks are being asked to "open up" to open banking more, the fact is that open banking is useless without third party providers such as railsbanks api. There are several operators in this area as welll as railsbank, however, the biggest hurdle for them all, is convincing customers. Benefits of open banking are not easily identifiable at this stage from the customers point of view and it is not an automatic thing. Customers must opt in, to allow 3rd parties to access their data and then the customer must authorise the bank to release that data. Most customers will balk at the idea of their transactions data and account details being shared initially. It will take quite some time to convince people that their data will be safe, especially with all the social media data breaches and data collection we see going on. Again, this is another slow burner and not something that will generate revenues for lion immediately. A 12.5% stake in railsbank, is a foot in the door, so it is another possible, but not for some time.

looking at the trades over recent days- I am seeing about 1.3m shares sold in blocks. 900k are at 6p, of which 750k are after hours, the others are during the day, however, they are either at 6p or very close to it. Not far off 1% of the stock sold, by what looks like one seller
