prior to listing pelamis held 19.56% of the stock, which became 7.43% post listing. That amount was 19,174,470 shares.

It would appear that pelamis, who held their stock in the name of pershing are the seller here.They have sold about 2.2% of their holding so far.

looking at the trade prices the time - the buys were going through at 6.349 and sells at 6.2. After that trade at 6.25, sells went through at 6.16, with buys staying the same at 6.349 and then increased to 6.42p

It does look like someone sold 500k's worth, however, it barely made a dent in the selling prices, as they went back up to 6.2 and then the most recent one at 6.26 afterwards.

Well C-37 Key Facts

- Drilled in 2008 by SOCAR to a total depth of 3,987 meters

- Currently produces at a rate of approximately 5 bopd following the installation of an electrical submersible pump

- Top of Upper Eocene 3,510 meters

- Top of Middle Eocene 3,935 meters

- Top of productive zone 3,925 meters

- An adjacent well, C-22, achieved highly significant production from the Middle Eocene formation

Well C-37, Jafarli Field

The Company can confirm that preparation activities for well deepening operations in well C-37 of the Jafarli field have been completed successfully. The estimated saving achieved by utilising Zenith's A-80 workover rig to complete these activities has been assessed as approximately US$250,000.

As announced on November 23, 2018, these operations have involved running in hole with a scraper to perform a cleanout of the casing to a depth of 3,904 metres.

During these operations an obstruction was encountered at a depth of 1,830 metres requiring the scraper to be pulled out of hole and further well cleanout operations to be undertaken.

Once further cleanout activities were completed, Zenith's field team ran in hole with a tri-cone drill bit successfully clearing the previously detected obstruction at a depth of 1,830 metres and reaching the target depth of 3,904 metres (production casing shoe). The tri-cone drill bit was subsequently pulled out of hole and a scraper was again run in hole and successfully cleaned out the wellbore to a depth of 3,904 metres as planned.

Following these activities, wireline logging was successfully performed, and the well is now deemed ready for well deepening activities.

Historically, the primary productive formation in the field has been the Middle Eocene, consisting of volcanogenic clastic layers and fractured marly limestones draping and lapping the Mesozoic underlying structure which is identifiable in the 3D seismic surveys performed in 2008 and 2011.

The identified structure measures approximately 3 square kilometres with a significant degree of closure indicated by a thickness of approximately 100 metres.

· The study recommends that well C-37's total depth, 3,987 metres, be deepened by approximately 200-250 metres with the following two objectives:

1.) Penetrate sandstone layers found in the adjacent well C-22 where historical well data indicates that initial production was approximately 700 barrels per day from the Middle Eocene formation upon drilling in 1986.

2.) Penetrate the Mesozoic (Upper Cretaceous) formation, which has not been previously tested in this structure to verify its fluid content. The new Cretaceous play could potentially unlock valuable new prospective exploration activity to be performed in the Muradkhanli and Zardab fields.

we saw the share price in zenith hit 12p on that gusher at z21 -

anything is possible, however, zenith has not delivered in a timely fashion, whereas bloe has got it right first time.
Bloe is moving towards it second sidetrack and has that 608bcf gas discovery to test, as well as its other fields doing ok - it has momentum now.

I would expect a decent response in the zenith shareprice, however, it is probably going to be muted somewhat because of its recent history.
