The 2 key guys (other than Trump) are RFK and Elon.

RFK seems sceptical of lab meat. More w.r.t economic viability. He may warm up to it if it can be lroven lab meat reduces disease, drugs (steroids) and antibiotics etc.

I’d say Elon Musk woukd be pro cellular meat. He is obsessed with Mars so if you want to eat meat there you will have to grow it in vats, not rear cows in a field.

On a PC I can quite clearly see the market was 4.0 - 4.10 when most of the large trades were executing. So buys at 4.10.

I really doubt someone would be able to sell 16m shares & only move the price down 0.75%. Given the terrible sentiment it would however be possible to buy 16m shrs without moving the price.

What are you on about.. they were clearly executed at the offer price.. hence buys..

Can't remember the last day with > 10m shares traded.. only Noon too.. given the price in UNCH it must be +v.e.

I believe 450m warrants were issued - so that would have increased the free float by 45% given there are currently 1bn shares. Obviously the company would have received £135m in cash from the warrant holders. So i suppose it's a wash?

Yes, it's trading at a market cap of little more than cash in bank and the Solar Foods holding (at least it's listed).

ETF / Fund flows are pretty much systematic. Blackrock could go from 5% to 3% without a fund manager even deciding anything.

Blackrock have been pivoting away from ESG themes so it could even be something related to that i.e. they could reduce/close an ESG fund & the reduction would filter through to ANIC.

I don't know why people believe they are necessarily selling *all* of them... they have simply dropped under the 3% RNS disclosure threshold.. it could just be due to client outflows from one of their UK funds..

That's just one of their ETF's... the total amount will be split over many funds

The Blackrock is probably just rebalancing of some sort of UK small cap or ESG tracker fund.. it may not even be discretionary... e.g. I can see they hold ANIC in their "BlackRock Future Climate and Sustainable Economy ETF".

The Labour budget rumours aren’t helping - clarity either way should help. Perhaps we should consider moving the listing to a N. American exchange or even Asian?

Seems to be Gresham House Asset Management are the creditors on the CLN side.. they own 15% of the equity too... will be interested to see how they benefit from this sale of underlying business "transaction"..

Feel scammed here.... anyone know who the creditors are for CCSC? Equity holders will be wiped out...

Potential for a class action here against the Board.

In particular:

- actions of former CFO potentially very suspicious. What did she potentially uncover that made her resign so quickly?

- potentially misleading RNS statements re: Rizikon deal.

- suspicious timing of market sensitive disclosure, so CCS has blown up conveniently during share suspension period. When was the severity of the situation known to directors and should this have been disclosed to the market earlier?

- potential auditor negligence w.r.t. evaluation of business as a going concern.
