Oshea I don't divulge much personal info on here but I go to bed late, get up early and like to plan my days meticulously to be as productive as possible. That's all I'll say for now sir.

Oshea don't get me wrong I think a 70p bid wold be high end and less likely than 50p which I think is the sweet spot. I've explained my logic and justification for both figures. 50p to bring this more in line with current NAV and 70p to mitigate against risk of other potential suitors taking this from under them. Remember without airline gets this will significantly increase their market share so there's a few angles at play.

Tony - mcap currently £20m yes but it won't sell for current mcap as net assets are in excess of £100m..hence around 50p offer required..possibly 70p offer for quick sale to subdue competitive bids.

Valuewalk - the point I was making abiut Julian is he's confusing his sell target of 15p with probably buyout price. I already cashed out nearly £10k here and now am down about £7k or £8k on paper with average re-entry 11.9p. So I make another £9k at 15p. Happy with that. Buy I won't sell at that price because of what I think the company might sell for....much more!

Julian was starting to grow on me until he made the stupid 15p buyout comment. He only has about £4k in the market anyway so must be a new investor. Just learning fair enough..no issue with that. We all have to start somewhere.

Julian you have £2k in flybe dont you so 15p will make you £400 profit? Fair enough if 15p is your exit target but the company won't sell for £30m...they have £70m cash lol and the rest in assets etc

BrontoSoros current share price of 9p is absolutely irrelevant in these circumstances. Bidders offer what something is worth plus what they're willimg to pay extra for the potential not a percentage under or over current share price.

Sixnoughts - 60p is mcap of £120m. Business worth £107m according to HSBC. So £13m premium to shake out many other potential bidders. It's done in takeover situations of this size all the time. £13m is peanuts looking at the potential of what the bearded one could turn this into. Look at the revenue, can easily swing this into hige profit! Think outside the box like Branson does!

I've cancelled my sell orders which were placed at 40p and will top slice 25% at 50p, 25% at 70p and leave the rest to run as a free carry.
