From the Planbox press release it reads very much like a takeover AND merger...interesting how the market has reacted to something that should strengthen and derisk the company.

Julian I took another £12k here today so have £40k in this now. I may be crazy but shell with cash or bidding war...I think today's sp is a thijg of the past and this will be over 4p short term and over 10p longer term imho GLA. Angus has had this in mind for a while I thikk with the company formation back in December.
