Julian I don't think there was anything wrong with your posta but I think some are hurting and the fact you're posting when you've sold out seems to have a rubbernecking quality about it but wtfdik?
Julian in these situations - i.e Shell with cash, companies have up to 6 months to reverse into another company or else it 's about £6million to continue on AIM.
One thing to note is on reverse takeover some derampers may lead us to believe £1million is all we have but the company could always raise. And on reverse takeover the company obviously is suspended
Maybe for a couple of months in my experience.
Now it depends if you think that Angus has a solid plan. Obviously there are big risks of burning through the cash with due dil etc before finding anything suitable.
The RNS from yesterday gives me confidence. Nearly 23% is a big stake in the business and Angus is in at 5p per share for 3 million shares.
I personally don't think Angus would sell the company without having a plan to make it successful. The clue is in the wording of the RNS. The current business plan won't deliver has much to shareholders as the new business - he MUST have an acquisition line up?
