Julian - this company is basically a shell with (after costs £1 million) to spend on a new acquisition. And it is a acquisition. After due diligence etc the £1 million may be gone. I personally hope for a mcap of minimum £10m within the next 6 months because I've decided to back Angus after seeing what he helped achieve with TERN.

MATD is also a decent one I'm in that I'm in a bit of profit with.

Julian dyor is the best thing you can do. If you worked at sub 1p is coming good for you. I agree with your strategy to invest for cashflow / dividends not capital gains and have a little in growth stocks for a gamble - that's something we can both agree on. IMTK is a speculative punt as long as you understand that - as was Flybe.

The sooner we can reverse into a bigger company the betterm some other shell groups I've invested in have done really well and ended up with £50m mcap in a few years from similar situations

Julian reading a balance sheet isnt your strong point? How do you calculate sub 1p on a fully funded cash shell...you make no sense.

Just had a small £500 topup as onto £6 trading fees might as well.

Imho this significantly derisked now. Buy and hold and 3 to 6 months and should be laughing.

1p BoD recommendation is a disgrace. The BoD could have rejected the offer but has instead taken it seriously and recommended it to shareholders.

I don't know if it will work out but sure hope it does - I can't see into the future, wish I could. When I first read the RNS about selling the company I wasn't too impressed but when I reread it I realised it's more of a merger than an acquisition so I think it will work out quite well. Of course we can't see the full picture but it depends if you trust Angus or not...and I do. Looks like a fair punt if I ever saw one.

Stillwaiting remember Angus and the BoD have been very good with communications with shareholders via social media and RNSs. I have no doubt all will become clear soon...it all comes down to whether we trust Angus. I've decided to due to what I've seen with TERN multibagging and the excellent communications we've had

Global - Angus is steering this and has recent skin in the game, so I doubt he'll do a deal which means going private and taking from shareholders of which he is one. I don't know how much you've researched him and his style - I like to invest in companies where the main man (or woman) involved has plenty of skin in the game. Which is why I put my £40k in here.

Well you seem to think this could go private but I don't think so - there's a cost to taking a company public and the purpose is to raise funds from public investors. It would be a backwards step in terms of strategic to take it private?

1onic I don't really appreciate your attitude, the IMTK story hasn't played out yet and Flybe hasn't yet tbh. There's a reason why the offer is 1p and it's trading at 3 to 4p - the market probably believes a counter offer and bidding war may transpire. I think a 1p offer is a joke and if I was still in I would certainly be trying to sell to cut my losses at around 3 to 4p range. Blaming others for your investment decisions is a pretty pathetic to be fair. Everyone should do their own research and take personal responsibility for their actions at the end of the day. That way you'll grow as an investor/gambler.

1onic if you're referring to me I haven't even posted on this bb for a couple of months so what are you taling about? You should be really careful of making defamatory comments on public message boards.

Other holding companies I can think of such as Shearwater Group acquire companies and perhaps this is what Angus et al have in mind for IMTK... But Shearwater's mcap is £40/£50m at a given time depending on sp. Overvalued imho. But IMTK at £1.2m joke mcap is way undervalued at present. It all seems obvious to me. I think we could see minimum 4 or 5p per share in the blink of an eye which is why I am holding onto my share and accumulating here.

At this price his is a strong buy from me which is why I topped up this weak between 1.20p and 1.35p. Happy with another £12k in here and brought my average down a bit. Worst case scenaio as I see it is a shell with 1 million to invest. Current mcap is £1.2m. I don't know of many cash rich shellsl like this . Lots of shells out there with no money. I'm interested to see how the story unfolds in the coming weeks. Certainly massive volume this week I presume to let buyers in cheap. Held down by MMs it appears. A coiled spring. Recent highs of 2.5p+ surely will be tested again soon. Then possibly breaks off?
